Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Shipping

I ordered at 7:27A (California time) on 4/12 and my status still shows "Preparing Shipment".

FWIW, it is being shipped to southern California and I used the Apple Online Store which has a special discount page (17% in the case of Tiger, usually 6% for everything else) for my employer.

Checked at 8:00am this morning, unfortunately still Preparing Shipment; I guess we will get it on Friday after all.
 
I started receiving this message this morning: "Did not receive any response from application. It is possible that the application does not exist, or that the requested url is incorrect."

It seemed others had this problem as well. I tried clearing my history and all my cookies, and it still pops up. So I'm not sure what's up really.

Mine says 2Day shipping.If I'm gonna get Tiger on Friday like they promised it better ship out today otherwise it won't arrive till Monday. :mad:
 
Still Preparing Shipment

My order has said Preparing Shipment since Monday evening! I was sure it would have shipped yesterday. (Then, since I couldn't access the order status last night to late this morning, I was sure it would have shipped in that time.) Count me as disappointed, since I was looking forward to getting it on 4/28! (It still shows 2-day shipping.)

Mine just shipped with FedEx 2 day. I got the notice about 30 mins ago on my email.

This would be a very bad thing for me, as the lease on my apartment is up this weekend and I'm moving out to a house (still my college town). If it waits until Monday to get there, I will no longer be living there to recieve it. Would FedEx change shipping location to a house about 6 blocks away if this happens?
 
just got a confirmation email that my "tiger" has been shipped, this is sweet, i check off ground shipping, cause it was free and im in no rush, but the invoice showed Fedex Express! im so syked!!!!

Yeah mine was the free shipping option as well on the Edu. price.

Yeah, I got the same messsage today. Well it all works now. Saddly mine still says "Preparing Shipment":(
 
Does any of you folks who already have Tiger know whether Apple have finally upgraded iSync so that it will talk to a lot more phones, particularly the Nokia 7610 in my case, that use the new(ish) syncML technology. I would find it hard to believe that they could have released an upgrade of such proportion that doesn't include syncing technology that would bring it into line with the majority of new moblie phones. It would in fact be pathetic :(
 
well it si going to be bad if it arrives on Friday afternoon, because then I might not have enought time to be able to install the system in time to go to that apple event.
The store is like 50min to 1h away. So I will have to leave about 5PM.:(
