Damn it, so does mine! Oh well, can we really complain? I saved $112 dollars thanks to UTD (I have a secret to share about that later). It's not like Apple HAS to offer us UTD.
 
Marvelous! Mine's been delivered, so I must find an excuse to drive home and get my laptop! (PB 1.5G4 - I thought I would 'suck-it-and-see'!)

Just got a text message from my wife. The new cat has been delivered. Arrived at 12 noon just before she was going to go out to take the dog for a walk (so that was lucky!)

I can't believe I'm out tonight and won't get to install until tomorrow, but will be reading everyone elses posts with great interest.

Happy days :D
 
This is garbage, my UTD hasn't even been prepared for shipping yet :eek:. Damn you Jobs! Damn you!
 
My UTD copy has been 'Shipped' but does not appear on the TNT website. I'm told by Apple it hasn't reached them yet but HAS left the UK Warehouse. It's due Monday :rolleyes:

Anyway do UTD people get exactly the same as everyone else or a different disk/package?
 
As of 7:09 this morning (Central USA) FedEx still showed 10:30am delivery by time. At 7:16 it was out for delivery, at 7:47am, an exception was made and an identical exception made at 8:12am... "Future delivery requested".

The time has been changed to delivery by 5pm.

Im in the UK also and my UTD has shown shipped. Ah well I can wait another day! And, from memory, I think Tiger had the same packaging but it just said upgrade on the disc.

Mine was shipped via UPS. The tracking info isn't even active yet. All it says is that it's being shipped via 'ground'

I placed the order on the 24th, and I chose 'standard' shipping, since it was free and said 'Delivers by 10/26.'

I'm not in a huge hurry to get it, but it would be nice. Especially since I was led to believe that I'd get it today.

(which I still might, once UPS updated their tracking info.)

Should I place a phone call to Apple and try to badger them a bit or something?
 
I just talked to Apple. The UTD's are being shipped today, and she said I shouldn't expect to see it before monday :(
 
Got Mine

Fed Ex delivered mine at 11:40AM.Installing right now.
Also waiting on FedEX to deliver my new 85W charger.

Whats up with the shipping delay??

I looked at my tracking info and there is a delivery exception. I did the pre-sign stuff so I know they should leave it at the house. I have a trip to take and wanted to take it with me.
 
Mine just arrived will have to wait for a while to get home to install it though.

It looks like UTD and institutional purchases are last in line, at least the volume licensing. Here is my current order status at 10:10 am mtn time 10/26/07:
