-MBA 11" 64GB
-Using it as my main in conjunction with 4TB WD external hard drive. iPad 2 for basic Safari browsing, MBA for everything else.

Cross post on the photos, I originally used them to showcase my iP4 with custom Titanium backplate but the two look good together :)

Sweet setup, what are the exact specs of your devices (iPhone, iPad, and MBA) I am interested because I want to get an idea of how people use their iDevices in conjunction with their Macs so I can decide which iOS device to get

1. upgraded from a MBA Rev A to the 2011 i5 128GB.
2. MBA is my secondary Mac with a MacMini as prime - no peripherals except a FiiO E17 DAC/AMP & v-Moda M80 headphones for music listening - also have an iPad v1 and iPhone4
3. It's pretty much naked. When transporting, I use a Tucano 13" shoulder bag or a LowePro CompuDay Photo 250 DSLR Camera backpack. Also have various other camera packs that holds the MBA.

Thanks, not sure what specific specs you were after though.

-Macbook Air 11" 1st Gen, 1.4 GHz/64GB flash storage/2GB Memory OSX Snow Leopard
-iPhone 4 32GB Factory unlocked iOS 4.2.1 JB greenpois0n
-iPad 2 64GB WiFi only iOS 5.0.1 JB Absinthe

The iP4 and MBA is what I use the most and the iPad 2 I use the least. I could probably get by without the iPad but it's nice to have when I need to use 2 devices at the same time. If I could change anything to the setup, I would have gone 128GB flash storage with the MBA. 64GB with the iPad 2 seems a little overkill, but I'm happy that I went with the WiFi only model, I've never had a situation where I've had to use my iPad 2 outside of home.

1. 2011 13" Macbook Air, base model

2. It is my main computer. The dell in the 4th picture is the one I use for work with my dad.

3. Just a cheep 13" case I bought at Walmart, works fine.
Of course I put that in a backpack when traveling.

I like my desktop clean as you can see. :D
I have stickies to remind me of college homework and schedule, so I never forget!
Alfred is definitely my favorite app, no dock or icons on the desktop.
cmd+spacebar and hotkeys is all I need.

Also pictured are my alessandro ms-1 headphones, and 1tb WD hard drive for time machine and all my music/photos/video.
I have another cheap 80gb hdd for games on my Windows side.
I only use the mouse for games...

I also hook it up to our 59" plasma 3d hdtv samsung to watch netflix(the tv is terribly slow sometimes) and other things.

sc2 on the mba? I'm worried of fps in the teens with the TBD.

Cool, these were the specs I was looking for, and by the way why haven't you upgraded to Lion?

It works fine.
I haven't played online much yet, but my sister in law plays with my brother on her 2010 macbook air with no problem.
The only time it has lagged is when I was playing Wintermaul by myself, and had a huge maze on the map with a ton of animations going at once.

so I installed it today and 1440p and medium settings + hd3000 is being ambitious. On low it is playable for sure, but nothing like my pc which is at 1080p absolutely maxed out and silky smooth no matter what. I guess I could get used to using it on low for now (until msi's external TB gpu enclosure comes to fruition).

My MacBook Pro is docked to the Thunderbolt in the upstairs office. The Air resides downstairs for easy grab and go!

1) 11" MacBook Air (base 4GB model, soon to be upgrade to a 240GB SSD)

2) No, it's not my main computer. In fact I wouldn't call it my backup either. I have a Mac Pro as my main computer, and my MacBook Pro is my mobile workhorse/backup computer. The MacBook Air is good for me when I need to travel light (and don't need power), or I'm on the road and need a computer (and the iPad just won't do); I pair a wireless hotspot with my MacBook Air and it works great everywhere. Did I mention it works great on the throne?

3) I have a Thule Gauntlet sleeve. It works pretty well; is waterproof and provides sufficient padding. It's also textured and offers good grip even when it's wet or my hands are greasy.

Just got my new desk put into place, it's work in progress but thought I'd share anyways :)

Im not satisfied with the cable management, don't really know how to solve it now. Also, a new chair has been ordered :)

Here's my setup and it looks a lot like this picture. The desktop stand is made by Moku Woodware

13" Base Model
1.7 GHz Intel Core i5
4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB

How do the audioengine a2 sound?

1. I've got an 11" MBA. 1.4ghz/64gb/2gb

2. No my main home computer is an Intel Mac Mini, 2.33ghz/3gb/60gb SSD with a 20" ACD, 1TB Lacie external HDD and Audioengine A2s.

I share the Mini HDD and Lacie so have access to them at all times with the MBA. If I want large screen for the MBA I hook it up to my Pioneer upstairs in the living room, but very rarely do. I tend to keep my film/TV separate to computers (i'm not that advanced yet!!).

3. I use a Joli Original black leather/red felt sleeve

1) MacbookAir 11" - i7 - 4GB Memory - 256 GB SSD

2) I use a MiniMac as my main system, the MacbookAir is the "travel light" system :D

3) STM Velo Bad with SF Bags Sleeve

1. Brand new 11" 128 gig purchased last night.

2. Primary home computer is a 21" base iMac purchased at the beginning of last year. Air will replace my iPad as my "Sofa surfing and out on the town connection point". Original 32 gig wifi + 3G iPad will be going up for sale.

3. Right now it is going to get dropped into the internal sleeve of my Timbuk2 small messenger bag but I want to get one more layer of protection in the form of a non-bulky sleeve. The search begins.

I put my 11" MBA into a Brenthaven sleeve, which fits perfectly into the laptop portion of my Timbuk2 messenger.

Nylon fabric on the sleeve makes it slide in/out without hassle, and the sleeve has padding of its own to protect the MBA - perfect for putting it in an airport security bin while still keeping it protected.

1. Which - 2012 11" 4/128

2. Main - 2012 iMac 21.5" base

3. I use an apple plastic bag with the drawstrings

I have an iPad, MBA and iMac. I feel like something doesn't quite fit in my setup and would like to upgrade to a 27" ACD or iMac but I don't know what would be best!

I was considering selling the iMac and using my air with the 27" thunderbolt display, but I feel like that would stress the air more than Id want to hear :)

I did see an awesome dock on kick starter, but the only deal breaker is its display port only and doesn't support thunderbolt ... I don't know if that means the display would still work or not? If anyone has a 2010 air and uses it docked, this is something you'll probably want to see!

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I will check this out.
