My suede jacket should be here later today; I'll post my impressions once the mail gets here.

Anyone have experience with this:

I have a padded sleeve in my backpack were i used to slide my old mb into (with a radtech sleeve). Was hoping I can do that again with my pro. I don't need anything too thick, just something to prevent it from scratching.

I would buy the radtech again but it was a hassle to put on without the hooks, which this has, i'm not too sure about the quality and how it compares to the Sleevecase from WF. seeing the pics, i really like the Sleevecase, but i'm not to sure how much bulk it would add

oh awesome, thanks so much. i'll keep checking for the update. I want to order one asap.

My foofbag arrived this morning. Excellent quality. Only complaint is that it doesn't zip up at the top. I hope it will be all right for travelling to uni under my arm or in my bag

I read about this product here on MacRumors, though I have no personal experience for it. I'm thinking of ordering one, as I want something a little more durable than the foam/paper that came with the MB.

Good luck!

Got the Shaggymac, works great! The Optimist cleaner is also prime.

Aluminum Macbook Sleeve/Case

There's a seller on Etsy that makes some pretty sweet cases out of vintage fabric. I bought a nice houndstooth case that fits perfectly.

It also acts as a nice cushion to rest the computer on. I also got a matching case for my iPhone.

Highly recommended.

like how the sleeves use a sewn on button. overall design i think is aesthetically pleasing, although, i don't particularly like any of the patterns.

anyway, i'm interested. how's the fabric? soft?

Back to the drawing board. Thanks to the weakening £, the Suede Jacket is far too expensive to import

Was contemplating the AppleSac but after seeing the picture review thread I am not sure on the look of the material...

I just need something form fitting, preferably without zips. Not necessarily the best protection in the world as I just bought a new bag :p

exactly what i've been looking for.
so far, no luck.
i'm starting to look into macbook air cases now; im thinking maybe the macbook will fit into one of those

Although its not necessarily made for the laptop specifically, the incase sleeves are nice and fit quite well still despite the laptop being a tiny bit thinner.

i guess to each his own, but i disagree.
i think incase needs to design a new case/sleeve for the glassbook's dimensions

and personally, i think having a metal zipper on the case is a bad idea...why can't they make a sleeve similar to the macbook air's for the glassbook??>>

Good point...

You make a great point, I would love to see Incase come out with a case that is like the envelope-like case they have for the MBA

The site has a rubbish layout mind. Have to keep clicking next to see all the sleeves

There are many different materials and colours. I chose that based on the colour and relative price... and for £1 more it had a waterproof lining
