Nice. Your order is similar to mine and went into preparing to ship at almost the same time today. I've been watching your status updates for a change. Hopefully this means mine is about to change. I'm in VT, which is in the same relative region of N. America as Ontario. I assume yours delivers on the 4th because the 3rd is a holiday in Canada? Hoping that means mine arrives on the 3rd.

i did! got the usual "we are still within our projected delivery time"- (btw, my projected delivery time moved from the original june 29-July 6th to the current July 2- July 9). She credited my expedited shipping, of course, and I made certain that she added my stats to the web order record... but that's all folks... still waiting in NYC...
 
Just got mine in the mail about 30 minutes ago. My est delivery date was Jul 3-10. Im typing on it now. No complaints whatsoever. Just gotta get used to the keyboard. This is my first mac :)

Long time thread reader (past couple weeks), but my first post...

Any 2.7/16/768 orders shipped? I haven't kept up with the spreadsheet, but I recall one person getting theirs, and that order timestamp was after mine... :confused:

I ordered mine on 6/11 around 5 PM EDT and am still stuck in processing, if anyone wants to add me to the spreadsheet

Mine moved from "processing" to "Preparing for Shipment" last night... why am I not very excited now? I truly don't understand what the process is. It seems too me, you should be max 3 days of preparing, or else your laptop fell through a crack somewhere. :confused:

Maybe they're just using the Prepare status as a random satiation tactic. I called support last night, and then it moved to preparing shortly after... Coincidence? Or did they just change my status to make me feel like something's happening when in actuality it's not. *conspiracy theory* :eek:

I think less than 5 in the forums, I am also waiting since the 11th, they are running out of time with the 2-3 weeks as it ends monday.
 
What department are you guys in from your Fedex tracking?

I'm in Department 3 while my friend was in 4.

I haven't tried calling yet to ask about my status (or to get expedited shipping refunded, or a free SuperDrive or anything else), but yes, the window is closing soon... Did you try calling?
 
Well I won't be receiving mine until the actual estimate dates due to the fact I had a payment problem that had to be resolved. My bank wouldn't allow the payment to be transferred through my debit card due to the high price and my low limit so I had to use a relative's CC.

Ordered June 13th 2.3/16/256. Saw these already going out via spreadsheet/this thread.

:mad::mad::mad: Anyone else have payment problems and still receive their computer early/at the earliest date?


EDIT: Just changed to preparing for shipment, false alarm :D
 
For those of us stuck on the ground in Alaska since 6:01 PM yesterday, based on what's happened to those who shipped a day earlier than ours, we should be on the AK to Memphis portion of FDX28's trip today. It's currently en route to AK, where I'm guessing it'll be loaded with yesterday's machines for delivery to Memphis by early AM tomorrow morning, if it follows the pattern of what happened to the last batch:
