I ordered on 06/11 16/768/2.7 - no change at all. Why are people who ordered after me getting their computers? My shipping range begins on 07/09 so they are still within the range but i just don't understand why 06/12 and later orders are shipping. Visited 3 local stores - one says it has had the same model but they were out. Not sure I believe the sales rep! I really wanted it for the 4-6 while I'm on vacation. :-( No hope now!

At least yours will be approximately 2 weeks later... My 2.7/16/768 order placed on /11 is still processing for the laptop, but I got my MagSafe2 adapter, Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet, and SuperDrive a couple days later. So I have had accessories for a laptop yet to be shipped for more than 2 weeks already - and still no indication of when I'll get my MBPr.
I feel ya. I ordered 2.6/16/768 on 11th also and still in processing. Although none of the accessories I ordered have been shipped, I noticed today that Apple has put a hold on my CC by approx the same amount as my order. I hope it ships out in next 24 hrs.
It sucks being on summer and not having the rMBP. I'll hardly have any time before classes start again by the time I get it.
I'm up on the central coast (SB county). The lady at FedEx this morning said usually Apple stuff arrives in crates but for some reason mine came as a lose box which is why I could pick it up. Her guess is since mine was going past LA they took it out of the crate in Memphis and it continued on as an individual package.
Seems like almost all of us that ordered the ultimate RMBP ordered immediately but are stuck waiting.
I noticed the hold on my CC yesterday morning. Order still in "processing" and the CC hold isn't a charge yet - and it's been more than 24 hours.

Frustrating, isn't it? Seems like everyone who didn't pay more for the largest SSD and ordered the same day we did already have theirs in their hands, and we're still waiting.
I think it would have been better business practice to fulfill orders as they were submitted, as I see some 768ers on the spreadsheet who ordered after me had theirs ship (or have them already).
Could be a mistake in updating the site, an anomaly on Apple's side, or just baiting to upset people that have been waiting a while for their orders.

Ordered my 2.6/16/500 on 6/16 and it has been shipped. It is currently in Anchorage AK and should be delivered tomorrow or monday (I assume) to my Father in Anchorage. But, I will not get to the states until July 11th. My father will send it to my mom's place, and will be sitting there waiting for me to get to the states. Original delivery dates was July 11th to 17th, then I called and said I have classes on July 16th (which I do), and to check on the order than 2 days later I got a tracking number.

I just checked and mine left much later. It looks to have landed at Los Angeles International about 30 minuets ago (if my flightaware search is correct). should be headed to my local facility shortly and out for delivery on Monday the 2nd. 1 day before FedEx said it would be delivered. I definitely have nothing to complain about since my original delivery was not till the 12th - 18th. Though I'm extremely happy its coming early it really is not fair for those who ordered before me.
Because fulfillment is by country. If there is less demand, later orders get filled.

This happened to me yesterday. (2.7/16/512 on June 20th). I asked the question somewhere a few pages ago about this. Apparently it means it's some sort of approval process. Personally I think it means they have begun to build your computer. Who knows though.
About half the later orders are from the us. There are still tons of us in the us that ordered earlier and are still processing while those who ordered days, weeks later are receiving machines.
I know how you feel. I've been pretty sure that my computer has been on certain flights, only to be wrong each time. I think they are now driving my rMBP from Memphis to Chicago. They are probably driving from Alaska to Memphis for your order!

thats strange, apple website has been acting weird today. I tried going to track my order on the apple website, but i wasnt able to log into the website.
