Number 1, you guys need to take into account the fact that the 4th of July will not cont as a business day. Also, I paid for the 2-3 day shipping, mine shipped late friday the 30th, and estimated delivery was Friday the 6th. My package just arrived in my city today, the 1st. So take that for what it is worth.
Honestly I don't know. I'm in the 2-3 week and ordered the 19th still in processing but I know there's people before me that still are as well.. It seems like the ultimate orders are barley being pushed back. I've only seen a few on here alone and I've read that there's a few out in the other forums as well.

I ordered on the 12th midday ish. stock 2,3GHz 8GB 256GB version and got in the 3-4 weeks bracket.
Whats killing me tho, is to see all the BTO orders (i.e. 2,3GHz 16GB 512GB) ship out...
Seems as more people ordered the stock version compared to BOTs.

My Estimated delivery is 13th to 19th July so I REALLY hope to see some movement this week.

Well, mine arrived in London on Saturday at 4pm, and the status on expo says that it's not cleared for import.
There's also a not on the page that says the 'sorting place' has requested the delivery date as the 3rd, so if they don't want it till then, and they've still got to send it somewhere stupid to bundle it together with my superdrive... this week will be a long one.
Wish I'd read up and ordered them separately.

Well, let's see if I get my 2.7/16/768 MBPr today. FedEx finally got off their *** and shipped it from Memphis to Raleigh last night.
Here is my story:
Now, there is still no update on FedEx's site but I ASSUME it delivers today. However, when I spoke to FedEx Friday, they said it could be Monday OR Tuesday.
To Apple's credit, they apologized for the shipping issue and credited my account $100 for my trouble.

- It tried to leave China on June 26 but missed cutoff
- It left China 24 hours later on June 27
- It arrived in AK on the same day but was held up by customs
- It then missed the plane
- It released and left AK on June 28th
- It arrived in Memphis early on the 29th but missed the first flight to NC and not sent on subsequent flights
- The 29th by 10:30 was my delivery day but when that came and went, the delivery info on FedEx's site disappeared
- Last night, July 1, it left Memphis and flew to NC
