Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

Ordered a base retina display model with the memory upgrade on Jun 12th around 1:00 PM EST. Apple gave me an estimate of 2-3 weeks, with an estimated delivery date between Jul 2 - July 9.

Thanks to everyone for posting updates to make the waiting game a little bit more bearable. :)

Well I had to take a double take.. Looks like its out for Delivery as of now.. Of course I am not home.. Will post up when it gets to my house..

I'm in the same situation as you are.
My only suggestion is that they made x amount of all the conigurations and the basemode sold out.
I ordered the base on the 12th and still processing. Estimated is 13th to 19th july.

the longest week of my life is over, and boy is this thing zippy as hell.... not just an upgrade over a dell c2d and no ram lol, but my first mac, and extremely impressed....

i must say the only thing that has slowed me down is the os updates i just did.....

however excited i am, there is one disappointment.................

the box had a huge fedex sticker on it reading (SATURDAY DELIVERY)....

slight beef but none the less, let the fun continue!

Congrats! Mine's still on the truck. It's going to be a long day, I suspect.
 
Just got my baby delivered! Good luck to all those patiently and not so patiently waiting, you're day will come! Thanks to all the posters who provided so much info that aloud me to track my shipment down to the flight# and helped me in this great time of need, you guys are awesome! :D
 
Wait, there's 16ths now talking about how they're still in processing? (I haven't kept up with this thread over the weekend.)

There's still a few 11ths (likely mostly 2.6/16/768, IIRC that was the rarest config) still in processing.

From now on I won't look the status of my order. It became an exercise in frustration. I will check once you post that there is some movement in YOUR order.

Guys I just thought I should remind you how god awful FedEx is and how it's an embarrassment to the modern world...

I went to the facility today to pick up my package. 4 different FedEx representatives assured me it would be here at 9 am this morning. Of course, it's not here. The employee called all over the United States and he just now told me that they lost the package. I cannot believe something like this could happen in 2012.

Will keep you guys updated on how this one plays out.
 
Well according to my update. Looks like rMBP will arrive a day early. I hope there will be no issues on its last stretch.

Well I did the Pre sign. FedEx just attempted to deliever but didn't leave it. Said no one was home. DUH Idiot thats why there was the pre sign not taped to the door. WTF.. :mad:

On fedex vehicle for delivery! It arrived in Chicago at 3am this morning!
 
it's at my front door, gonna go get it during my lunch break. I'm paranoid someone is going to steal it. longest 3 hours of my life ahead...

Waiting too. Stuck on processing.

Stock model so I doubt I'll be getting it ridiculously early, it seems stock/base models are going slower as Apple are using it to fill up their retail stores and 3rd party sellers, wish I could just get it in store but I save £300 with the free 3 year warranty which is available online only. Hopefully the Friday before the 16th. Think our status (certainly for the UK) has to change this week to stand a chance of getting here by the 16th.

Fed Ex says mine is still sitting in Spokane - 138 miles away.
Expected delivery is July 2 before 10:30

Phone call to Fed Ex - Package is in route to home town.
Stated it may be a "little" late, but will be delivered today.
Stated online updates would not happen till after 9am.

whattt the heck. It's 7:05 AM on July 2. Since June 30, 5:00 AM, it has been at the destination sort facility half an hour from me. The estimate is for tomorrow. What should I hope for??
