That is exactly like me, i have macrumors,apple orders,& now my fedex tracking tabs ALWAYS up. Lol I love these forums. Helped me get through the very long processing by keeping me entertained on boring nights when all i can think about is my new rMBP. >.< {:

Well yesterday I thought that my package would be delivered today but now I'm not so sure. I don't know if FedEx's tracking is slow or it's just sitting in Anchorage for no reason. It cleared customs and has been "in transit" since. I thought it would be have been on the continuing flight to Memphis (or at worst the next flight a couple of hours later).

This is so frustrating. It could easily have made all its connecting flights to reach my destination and be delivered today especially when some others were getting theirs in 24hrs (I chose expedited shipping).

Looks I might have to wait till Monday unless the tracking is messed up.

Wasn't supposed to arrive until tomorrow, but looks like it's out for delivery already. 24 hours from china to my door. not bad.

omg your so luckyy.I ordered mine on june 23rd,& it just shipped on july the 18th,went through SHANGHAI CN at 11:38 AM to ANCHORAGE, AK 1:15pm.Last thing it says is 4:10 PM ANCHORAGE, AK In transit.Not sure what in transit means,I think its on its way to me,right Lol its what I've always thought. I hope it could get here on friday,But i think its a long shot.Do you think it could make it?

Thats funny because that actually happened to me, my order status page kept saying its unavailable and was being updated(but the rest of the apple store was fine,only my order status page was doing this) and then a day later it went from processing to preparing for shipping.

soo this is my first mac {:

I ordered my mac on june 23rd,it finally shipped july 18th & should be here 23rd the tracking says,but knowing my luck there will be some hold up. }: I really wish for it to come earlier,Maybe Friday.But i doubt it..

My mac is rMBP 2.7/16/512,I haven't seen anyone else with same specs & ordering on same date as me yet,and i would like if someone could tell me how to use the flight tracking thing,how do i even find a flight tracking number?

Yep. I think we all are. My MBA is at the same level. The AK flight was either delay or there were instructions on package that stated to be delivered on Monday.

I think our packages didn't go on yesterday's flights. I think they are on the current flight that will reach memphis around 11 30. Really frustrating! But I hope I'm wrong.

Called Fedex and the guy has the same info that it's still in transit from Anchorage, could offer no explanation other than telling me the estimated delivery shows Monday.. I wanted to know specifically where the package was as clearly it's not still in the air for thirteen hours to Memphis, he said they'd have to call me back and took my number...

I ordered mine (base model) on 6/27 and its still processing, people here ordered it 7/4 and its already shipped (good for you of course)... but im so ****ing angry!

Not everybody who yo ordered on 7/4 is shipping yet. I'm still waiting.

Mine sat in holding in Shanghai for almost 26hrs before it made it on the flight to AK. Might be sitting in a container in AK already loaded and tagged for a Sunday flight to Memphis and then to Houston for a Monday delivery.

Then again, the optomist side of me says to go about my normal day off routine and hopefully be surprised when it arrives unannounced.

Whee...$16 well spent on expedited shipping.

btw to all those still waiting, its worth it!! I've been playing with my rmbp for 3 days now and almost have all my music/apps etc. loaded the way i want. Screen is PERFECT and even typing this is a joy.

I can't agree with you more. Speaking of optimist, maybe just maybe, that all these MBP in this batch has Mountain Lion running on them. Its a hold till release. Just guessing.

I've just got the UPS tracking number (UPS standard). Also my ETA is changed: was 26, now is 23. Finger crossed

Seriously, I think they postponed our packages because they are supposed to be delivered on Monday rather than today.

After 3 weeks... finally Preparing for Shipment!

Ordered June 28th - 2.3/16/256 (EDU + Expedited Shipping)
Went to preparing at 10PM (EST) - Shipping to New Hampshire, USA!!!

Just an update:

Got a shipping notification - 12 hours after it change it Preparing.
Expected delivery Wednesday, July 25th via FedEx!
