Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

Just called apple about my order, but they gave the usual "Some models may be in higher demand so they haven't shipped yet" but I know that some people here ordered the same model as me and yet theirs have shipped earlier than mine despite being ordered past the 4th of July.

They said they could verify with an order number from someone else, but of course I didn't have one. We should make a repository of order numbers, haha, so that we could prove them wrong.

Again, the ridiculousness continues.

Took 18 days from order to this.
If it ships soon I'll have it this week

great idea in theory, except most ppl drop off this thread once their machine arrives. I would be will to share mine if it had already shipped. Seeing as you would have to have a password and appleid to view the order information (or be an apple employee) i would think it should be safe.

If you requested through the fed ex tracking stie then it will be at the requested office tomorrow (maybe even this afternoon)

I found it, it was someone else. His went out about a week after he ordered in mid July.

Ordered on 7/2 still processing. Called yesterday and asked if I could pay for expedited shipping. He said that wasn't possible. I really feel Apple dropped the ball (on multiple levels) on this rollout.

Yeah I requested it through the tracking site. The site seems to indicate that it's available to pick up, so I'll head over there after work and hope they have it

2.7/16/512 Ordered 25th june arrived at local fedex office ready for pickup. Came in on earliest estimated day.

This is the exact same thing I went through. Someone who got theirs after ordering on 7/6, post up some order numbers!
