Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

My order has shipped but Apple hasn't taken money out of my checking account yet. Is something wrong? The payment was "processing" since the package shipped but that hold has disappeared.

Yes it does, because two days have already passed putting you within the 5 to 7 business days.
Update on my MBPr travels!
So it turns out my baby wasn't on the flight straight to Memphis - it stopped by Anchorage for 20 minutes or so to clear customs! It is supposed to get into Memphis at 11:30pm local time, little after the direct flight (9:30pm CDT), but mine has gone through customs.

I'm guessing that my computer is hopping on this flight to come to me!
And Tom J my card has the charge pending, not charged!

Same thing happened to me on my credit card, After researching, I found out that it's somewhat common for the pending charge to drop off your account. Apple will make the charge again a few days or even a couple of weeks later. I've read several accounts where people have recieved their Apple shipments without a credit card charge, but they all said Apple did eventually make the charge.
Basically, your computer missed the flight.
They try to get packages on a certain plane, and if the package is delayed (due to a multitude of reasons - customs, traffic, extraordinarily high numbers of packages, etc), it is noted as such and then placed on the next best route to your house!
Mine just cleared customs at Pudong, China and will be in transit real soon! how did you get the FedEx flight no./code? does that website show DHL cargo planes too?

Congratulations! Mine took about 9-10 hours to change to 'Shipped'.
crap.. mine has been stuck in this state Aug 03, 2012 12:00 Pvg - PVG Clearance processing complete - Pvg - PVG for 7hours! dont think ill be receiving mine before the weekends then.
Now the status on TNT says "Exception" and the delivery date as changed to 13th of August instead of 10h of August. If this happens Apple will get a very angry call.
We're on the same flight, However, at 6:30 AM mine still shows In Transit from Anchorage. I was hoping for a hop from Memphis and "Out for delivery"
What does yours show?

No chance. It's booked on a flight tomorrow from South Korea to London. Estimated delivery is Tuesday.
I"m in the same boat as you. Thinking about calling them up and just double checking whats going on. I'll update you on what they say!
