Mine is in that shipment too. Estimated delivery tomorrow by 6 pm. It is "in transit" in anchorage as of a few hours ago. I don't know if it means its actually departed Anchorage or if its still there.I hope my rMBP isn't still in China
Anyone else have something like this happen?

I ordered my rMBP on the 3rd and it still says 'processing items'. Bit annoyed to see that some people's ordered around the same date have already shipped! I'm in the UK though so not sure what difference this makes? This is my first Mac so I'm a leeeeetle impatient!

I ordered on the 4th and my estimate is 20-22. I'm guessing yours is 19-21? Really hoping mine to be dispatched tomorrow and delivered next week, even though the estimate is for 2 weeks away (far too long!)

I don't know how they handle it with the gift cards in the UK but for german students they merge the card and the hardware in Prague. Thats why they need 1-2 days more for delivery.
My estimate is 17th-21st, really hoping it comes on the 17th!

From what I've read it gets merged in Tamworth which is less than an hour away from me

Hi Im in the UK and my order went into items processing on the 30th July. It JUST changed to preparing for shipment about an hour or so ago! I ordered mine through EDU discount
My replacement machine is on the same dates as yours, Nikki. I'll keep you posted (no pun intended!)
Interesting, I wonder why they gave you a four-day gap instead of 2 like mine. I ordered the base model from Bristol University Apple website.
Perhaps because it has to merge with my Student Gift Card? I ordered mine through the link on the NUS page.

Cant be it cause mine also has to merge. I wonder if we can call up Apple and ask for the order to be split as there wasnt the option upon order nor on the track page

I don't know how long it's going to take to ship, but I'm very impressed with it already moving from processing to preparing for shipment just three days later. Hopefully I have it by the end of next week! I'm very excited for my Retina Pro. I've been with my late 2008 Pro for far too long.

Forgot to say ages ago that my third RMBP got delivered on the 26th of July - with a ton of UPS 'Extremely Urgent' stickers all over it!
The first 2 had dead pixels, but the third one is fine! Got £180 (roughly $280)compensation from Apple too!

May I know how did u get compensation from apple? As form of what, I would also like to get that as this is my 3rd rMBP coming.
