Scratch that (my last comment). At 5:32pm a flight from Memphis to Calgary! FDX236.
Mine just landed minutes ago in Denver!!! I hope it gets sorted and placed on a truck before tomorrow. The estimated date still shows Tuesday for delivery. ::fingers are crossed::
my computer was ordered 1.5 hours after the store came back online just after the keynote. original estimate was 5-7 business days

LOL, I'm actually IN Toronto, but that's never stopped them from sending stuff to Calgary first. My favourite was when they sent my something from Illinois by way of Calgary.

Ordered a stock 2.6 rmbp on launch day on the phone before site was even up . It finally shipped on 6/15 for delivery 6/20 the MacBook has arrived in newark at 4:57 this morning and hasnt moved since ( the sorting facility is in elizabeth and it has to get from Elizabeth to Brooklyn) , I am hoping for delivery tomorrow to Brooklyn. But am starting to think Tuesday more likely
Any thoughts? Should I not give up do easily ?

ahh, so i ordered 2-3 hours after that...assuming 10,000 people (pulled that number out of my ass) ordered in between those 2-3 hours, my order will change from "processing" to "preparing for shipment" in NEVER

I bet they're trucking some shipments to destinations close enough to Memphis that allow them to make the delivery date. Maybe Orlando is close enough to allow them to do that.
Mine left Memphis around 4 PM this afternoon, there are no MEM-STL flights today, and it's around a 5 hour drive, plenty of time to get it sorted and delivered to me tomorrow. It makes sense, trucking is a lot cheaper than flying, and if it's close enough, then why fly? I'm curious to see if that's the case, I should hopefully have an arrival scan in St. Louis sometime tonight, and fingers crossed, an Out for Delivery when I wake up tomorrow.
Flying makes sense when a package shipped Monday is overnighted and needs to be there on Tuesday and there's a tight schedule, but anything shipped out on Friday overnight without Saturday delivery is delivered Monday, why put them on a much more expensive plane when they have an entire weekend to truck it to it's destination?

It should be there by the 19th. I'm outside of DC and mine went the path of CN->Anchorage->Memphis->Dulles. It is now at Dulles. I'm hoping it makes its way here tomorrow rather than being dropped off at my local FedEx place and delivered on Tuesday. I don't think I normally get packages from Dulles though so who knows.

AppleCare replacement-sourced 15.4 2.6GHz/750-7200/8GB/Anti-Glare CTO machine, ordered on Thursday, left Shanghai on Friday and is due by 10:30am on Wednesday (probably arriving tomorrow, as it left Memphis, tonight).

I ordered right as the store came up and have a delivery window that extends out 6 weeks. Two days later that window was cut in halve for new orders.
I almost canceled my order, but figure they will most likely ship them out in something resembling chronological order.

Mine has the same update. That should get it to you for Tuesday (I'm guessing had it gone to Calgary it wouldn't fly direct to the Maritimes).
Sounds right to me. Mine went from China to Japan before going to Anchorage, presumably on a boat since there were no flights to Japan. They probably save on transport when it doesn't delay delveries.

Yeah flight 128 hada number of delays. Intially it was 36 minutes, then a couple hours, then it looked like they canceled it, but eventually it showed up again and is now in the sky. Good news because it looks like my RMBP is on it
I don't know if it will help? Mine looks similar to yours (stopped on Oakland on Jun 17th @ 12:28 AM and left now at 1:45 AM. Sad thing is that it still says Jun 20th for delivery event though it should be in Los Angeles in a few hours. I am a bit outside of Los Angeles but still a Wednesday Delivery even though its been in california since early Sunday? WTF fedex!

They don't update the estimate delivery times, since they are only estimates and who knows, what if the delivery truck has a flat or accident? Then you complain they missed their ETA. They rather just show up at your door early and surprise you. Little do they know, we are tracking (stalking) them, so we won't be surpised when they show up. We'll be tapping our feet saying "thank you, right on time!".
