Well the MS to MS2 adapter is labelled as "Prepared to Ship" while my RMBP is still "In process".

I ordered it, about 3:00PM Central yesterday, shortly after store came online, had problems with the Back to School promo, for 10 min before I said screw it and removed the promo and just ordered it. (Which I called Apple later and they took care of me.)
(Note: I paid the $15 expedited shipping.)
I received my order confirmation email at 4:53pm.(Though it showed up online much earlier, 60-80 min earlier.)
I received my shipping confirmation email at 2:38 AM this morning.
I just noticed you ordered the higher end model as well. Maybe the amount of these machines were ordered are less than the base model, which they can ship them out quickly.

I had orders with the promo as well. They were going to charge me $100 for the promo card, although they said they wouldn't. So I took it off. Received my order confirmation at 2:48 PST. The laptop is still processing. I have the 8 GB 256 GB version though, so maybe they send these later than the high end ones (although I did order right after the store came online).
I would call customer service to confirm.
Found out it went to my dad's E-mail and not mine. Feel a lot better now. Haha
did you go all the way to checkout? it shows up as $100 charge in your cart but when you go to checkout it gets removed. you should call apple and just tell them and they should give it to you for free.
