Just saw that I cannot change the shipping address to Packstations (GER) and delivery is only Mo-Fr, so it's pretty much guaranteed that it ships by UPS.
Why? DHL Express or UPS will ship it and DHL Express wouldn't deliver to the stations anyways - It's not the regular DHL service that comes to you everyday.

If it would be a MacBook, the tracking should look like this one... ;)

I'm in the 28/11 to 5/12 delivery group... I was hoping to see some movement in the next couple of days so I could get it earlier, but looks like that isn't going to happen :(

I still think it's very odd no EU orders have shipped yet - and I take it none are PFS yet either?

I ordered some dongles from Apple yesterday (14/11) 7 am.
This was despatched the same day and delivered today by... DHL.

Something else: my card does still not show this transaction (103€), although I already have the goods in hand.

i also ordered some dongles and arrived with DHL to Spain.

Hinckley is very near to Birmingham. So.. where is this guy? We need a screenshot!

I recently purchased an iPad Pro from the Apple Store. It dispatched from the Hinckley hub. So the question is, do they ship the units to Hinckley first at which point our tracking commences? Given this is a new item / pre-order I suspect not.

In fact, the tracking I just posted is also a dongle. So we know for sure that Apple also works with DHL.

Anyhow, I doubt that they will not cooperate with UPS for the MacBook Pros.

We don't know. Apple Watch came with DHL Express to me. But the guy with DHL Textmessage has disappeared...:-(

i think the 2-3 week thing was a bug in the apple store, just a few hours after the store was up it was 25nov-2 dec window instead (3-4week), which make more sense on the thing that no apple stores will have them before 1 dec . But will see if anyone in EU get it 17-25

Currently, everything is still fine. Note that CS was able to see that my CC was charged. I am quite confident that our notebooks ship this week.

Or you know, it was a later date at that point because there were already a set amount of Macs ordered. As it is always the case.

Just to add: I had iPhone 7s delivered by DHL. I never got a text from DHL, only Apple.

Additionally, no matter what courier it is, Apple texts you with the delivery info, not the carrier. The exception is DPD which send you a text on the morning of delivery too, however even that is only after Apple has texted you.

Further, far more than just that one guy would have got a notification by now.

This happens to everyone - they think they haven't ordered something and have a mystery package, only to pick it up and have a disappointing moment when you realise it was just something you had forgotten about.

Actually, in fairness to @Jaekae, the store was 3-4 weeks from the moment it went up for stock models, and 2-3 weeks for BTO in the UK. I thought there might have been some bug going on, too.

Only he can tell us the full Story.. but he seems not to be active at the moment.

That is ja reason why we have such a big delay in Europe. But if there was a bug, Apple have to tell us.

Note that the US guys already have theirs.

I do not believe in bugs in Apples software... ;)

Anyhow, maybe Apple wanted to distribute everything across the US before Thanksgiving since - as far as I know - they buy Christmas gifts at that time.

I received my Apple Care and as well the TB2-TB3 dongle with DHL express. Got for both a text message on my mobile phone with Tracking number and origin (Apple) to warn me, that I would receive a delivery. It is apparently a service by DHL as I am receiving texts from them as well, when other companies ship stuff
