look at a calender, what would be "Feb. 62nd" come on, we just need some great/not so great April/Apple fool's joke.
MBP prepared for shipment
My MBP status says it's prepared for shipment. It still says 'ships by feb 20-22', but if it's ready for shipment i imagine it will go out with the next fedex cargo. it's being shipped overnight, so that probably means I would get it Wednesday - whatever it might be... a new MBP or the current version. Either way, I really can't complain. It's a replacement for a replacement. I started of with the 2.16 ghz C2D, then was upgraded to the 2.2 ghz when it was replaced.
I guess I'll know for sure soon!

Another Day in Paradise
A man goes to see a rather attractive female doctor.
"Mr Brown" she says "you must stop masturbating".
"Why" says Mr Brown.
"Because I am trying to examine you" says the doctor.
Come on you lot wake up. It's Tuesday here in paradise and already we've had breakfast and the day has started. Those Apple people are all still in bed snoring while the far East is waiting with bated breath.
"Is this the day we have all been waiting for?"
There is a rustling of bed sheets as an Apple website updater crawls out of bed. Is he getting up early to update the website? What will it say?
He wanders bleary eyed into the bathroom.
He has a pee, farts and crawls back into bed.
Oh well, perhaps it will be the 26th.

Good question! Does anyone know what time the ste usually goes down, and what time it should come back on... if there are updates?

Ha ha yeah, I was reading his post then said wait, apple sleeps quite early don't they?
But yeah we still have around six hours to go until hopefully the apple store closes again and reopens around fours hours later. So approximate waiting time is around 10 hours. That's still a lot
But it does not matter as long as there is a "new" image next to MBP and the MBP is on apple's front page 
Gettin ready 4 yet another disappointment . Another tuesday comes by , we stay awake all night, the stores closes down. and .. we see that ipod nano gets 16gb memory. No Macbook Pro ... but life goes on and tuesdays come by .. and

I think they're purposefully beating the optimism out of us. That way, we will always get whatever is available at the moment and never hold off on Apple purchases
maybe it is that the optimism has certainly been beaten out of me, but i have strange feeling that the apple store wont even go down today. Apart from the MBP update i there really anything they r due to release?
