So frustrating. My wife ordered 15 mins after me and my 14” BTO just showed up today via FedEx, hers is stuck in Shanghai purgatory…

can you do one for FedEx?
 
I'm on the same shipment. I guess I should have ordered an hour earlier to get with FedEx instead of UPS. FedEx has gotten things to me correctly even when shipped to the wrong country. I was in Mauritius when my credit card was stolen. CitiBank could not send it to Mauritius but agreed to send it to Dubai where I would be about a week later. They sent it to "Dubai, Saudi Arabia" and FedEx had scratched out Saudi Arabia and hand-wrote "Try UAE". It was waiting for me when I got back to Dubai.
 
Dispatch of Apple Watches to Australia should not be affected as they have been transported via Toll in previous years. I am curious of other countries have their Apple Watches deliver by Toll?

FedEx comes between 9:50 and 10:10 every time. UPS comes sometime during the day from 9am to 9pm. I have never received a damaged box from FedEx in more than 30 years. I have received several damaged boxes from UPS. A good friend was an MD-11 pilot for FedEx. I think they just run a better company.
 
When FedEx leaves a note on your door for three days in a row without knocking, while you’re at home waiting for your delivery, and then you find a thousand other people online saying the exact same thing, that tends to color your perception of a company

It’s not that ups is good, but at least they deliver my packages

Contrary to your belief, moving millions of goods every day JIT halfway across the globe is not a cakewalk. Vast majority get moved without a hitch, but sometimes external factors play a role.

Also, if you really believe that UPS only job is to tracks parcels you need to have your head examined.

Who knows why the planes aren't taking off from there on time. "Mechanical Difficulties" is a nice euphemism for a number of reasons you'll find over there.

different issue, but my UPS MBP delivery has been out for delivery and returned to depot for 3 days now, how hard can it be
 
Better than FedEx who does not knock, call, or leave a door tag even though I sat home all day waiting for my 16 MBP from Best Buy to arrive. Now they will drop it off at Walgreens instead. What a maddening joke.
