My BTO 14" went PFS on Friday but still don't have any tracking information on either UPS or FedEx. I'm in the Nov. 3-5 estimated delivery window but leaving for vacation on the 2nd.
I'd love to have it on Tuesday, but really just need it by the end of this week! Will be refreshing UPS and Fedex all night now haha

This doesn't tell us the CPU core count or the GPU core count...the M1 Max comes in many configurations...
Mine says 5th, but I'm hoping it will come earlier given it's likely in the air atm. Anything sooner is a bonus.
You’ll get your order on October 26th. As long it’s promised by Apple.
The Apple AU website still states them as being "Available starting 26.10".
This is why I'm hoping that Apple has stated delivery as 28.10 purely due to how inconsistent Aus Post has been recently and its just a measure to prevent people from going to them with complaints and queries about their delivery.
The theory will be confirmed or denied later today. If it's shipped and in StarTrack's hands overnight then I suspect some in Aus may get lucky and have them delivered Tues or Wed, particularly in Metro areas.

Does it indicate a delivery date of 26th elsewhere for you?
I have one BTO and one standard. So that doesn't help too much. My BTO was Nov 3-5. Standard config 26th. I'm really led to believe this is the BTO tho.
Same here, absolutely nothing on UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager. Stock/base 14" here, coming to Phoenix.
Mine has been PTS since Friday and tracking just popped up in UPS Mychoice. Looks like I’ll be getting it ahead of schedule!
On my last order Apple used TNT express (Fedex) to deliver it overnighted from Sydney so if there aren't any updates from Startrack later today they could be using Fedex again.
So something weird is happening with the FedEx app when I search with my full order # with the W. It says tracking unsuccessful but it very briefly shows a record returned that says “Scheduled Delivery Pending”. This isn’t too interesting except for the fact that if I remove the last digit it does NOT show up. This definitely leads me to believe my order is in the FedEx system.
Just found my Nov 5-10 order in my UPS My Choice. Only “Label Created” so far, about half an hour ago in China. Coming Monday the 1st per the current estimate.
Edit: in case folks don’t have My Choice, my reference numbers include the order number with the W without the last digit as well as my phone number without the +1.

Where in FedEx did you enter the order number? Under tracking or via reference?
The search box in the FedEx app. I was not able to get anything at all out of their website.
My wife’s BTO 14” Nov 5-10 just showed up on UPS MyChoice! Nov 1 est delivery from Shanghai! My Nov 3-5 identical BTO hasn’t shown up yet on either carrier…
