Good morning, Happy MacBook Pro Launch Day!

It is a Tuesday, October 26th, 06:22 AM in the morning. I just woke up and my neck is hurting, LOL! I'm seeing many of you are reporting you are on your way to pick up the MacBook Pro. Some of you early ones have already picked it up. Congratulations!!! Today, we are going to celebrate all day and we are celebrating each other. Today is a very special day!!!

Today, I have to go to work at 08:30AMPST. I'm going to try to escape work during lunch hour and try to get myself out early so I can hang out with all of you. My plan is to work only half a day. I will be picking up my MacBook Pro around 03:00 PM, PST. Please wait for me until I unbox my MacBook Pro. I also have a special surprise that's coming (It's a secret) all will be revealed so stay tuned and don't miss out :) The best is yet to come. You will witness it today :)

I hope everyone is going to have a wonderful and exciting day. Today is your day. We are celebrating all day today!!! I will be rooting and cheering for all of you!!! Congratulations!!!

Also, don't forget to read this thread, posted last night. I want to make sure no one misses it.

Does your apple card have a hold for the full amount? If not, I would go ahead and place your new order for pick-up or delivery by courier and once that is done and confirmed, cancel your pre-order. 🤞

Same flight! I'm now refreshing like mad hoping it took the next flight to Miami/FLL or if it has an intermediary stop in Jacksonville or Orlando. If it hits Miami/FLL today I gotta think this delivery date moves up.

How about placing the current pickup order then once it's confirmed, cancel your current one? Assuming you have a credit limit to support both at once for a short period. You can also try asking for a credit line increase.

Yea, UPS evidently isn't as efficient as FedEx in moving packages in a timely manner. I think her's is sitting with @jzj687 and I.

Just look at the size and weight of the pallets. I have a strong feeling this FedEx Cargo Jet is indeed containing our MacBook Pro's. Bringing it over to the United States. Since I have been doing this for over a decade now, I have never seen anything like this. So, this is a very BIG deal. This is also extremely rare as the carrier partner stays very quiet and tight-lipped.

Can you imagine how much $$$ this cargo plane is carrying based on the shipment weight?

Folks that have not received any type of shipment tracking #. Don't worry, today is your way. I suspect everyone to receive a tracking number. Everyone who is promised an October 26th delivery date is expected to receive a tracking number. 100% guaranteed. This is not a speculation, estimate, or any type of a guess. Rest assured, you will be granted a tracking number. I really hope the tracking number populates overnight. If not, it will occur in the morning or during the day. It is going to be a very busy day. We don't have much time left. Madness is just about to begin...

I ordered the AirPods Gen 3 on Day 1, but for whatever reason, it got delayed to Oct 29 - Nov 1. I have decided to purchase the AirPods Gen 3 for in store pick up today and decided to forego the 16-inch MacBook Pro and just stick with the 14-inch that I have already purchased.

Yeah, exactly. I thought about it and after having a 16-inch Intel MacBook Pro (2019), I prefer the portability of the 14-inch over the heft and larger screen real estate of the 16-inch.

I also realized that now-a-days, because of the pandemic, I am working at a desk more often than not, where I have a larger display attached to my laptop anyways, so the extra screen real estate of the 16-inch doesn't really make sense.

As such, I will be eagerly anticipating my UPS driver to deliver my 14-inch to me sooner rather than later today:

It makes sense. As long it works for you the way you want it.. that’s all it matters. Can’t wait till you post picture of your Mac! Congratulations!!! Eagerly waiting!!!
