Also, my Mac saved me with undergrad and grad college. So many reports and projects. Now I miss the thrill and adrenaline. Trust me.. you will miss it too.

June 26, 2022–4 more left and I’m counting down from 4. Each class is 8 weeks long and each one ends on a Sunday and the next begins that Monday.

I’m going to become a mindless vegetable glued to my 💻… maybe. 😂 Will probably spend the summer on the beach with nothing but blue skies, hot sand and waves for days. 😬

I’ve been really thankful that I’ve had Macs to carry me through though; they’ve held up and not given me any problems. Except needing boot camp then moving to vms for Windows specific programs.

I guess I'm another one with a very frustrating experience with the shipment being stuck in ZZ. No updates for the last two days, no more estimated delivery date from UPS, though originally they quoted November 3. Apple delivery date is still November 9 for me. I guess if it does not make it out of ZZ tonight, it will not make November 9 date, since there are no UPS flights from ZZ on weekends.

Aw man I didn't even notice that all my junk in the truck is showing! This is my work truck and I live just outside the city in a rural area. Sonic is the first drink stop driving into the city. The lotion is for my rough cowboy hands. Umm the cigarettes, well what if I say they aren't mine. Would you believe me?

I love this 14 inch. It is a little more heavy than the Air but not much. It feels perfect for mobility. The screen real estate is definitely more than I imagined. The notch is not distracting nor bothersome. The speakers and the screen have me spell-bound. Long live the 14 inch!!

I completely feel the burnout lol. But, the new MacBook definitely helps with motivation because I just LOVE using it. I barely touch my iMac anymore lol

Apple increased prices for iPhone AppleCare+ to include theft and loss so I thought they might increase this too.

Will you keep the MBP 16 for more than 2 years? If not then just get the yearly one and cancel when you sell when M3 Pro Max Plus Ultra God Tier comes out.

If he's already made the attempt, I'd say to save the frustration and request to pick it up at the distro center; that way you don't have to worry about the truck driver screwing up, let alone porch pirates.

Let’s hope that they do come back around. I never pay attention to the delivery times. UPS has a habit of changing the times throughout the day and wind up delivering at the 11th hour. 😤 Keeping my fingers crossed for you. 🤞

LOL. I can't get FedEx shipped within the US for 2-3 days. A little over optimistic. But like I said, if time isn't an issue then the wait is no big deal. Enjoy your sleeve. Found a leather sleeve which provides more protection when traveling, and will arrive on Friday 11/12.... Just in time for going out of town. Vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, wool felt lined, magnetic clasps.

I use one of the Apple backgrounds which is in the desert at night. Looks nice and the notch is never exposed. As far as the trackpad, I haven't noticed any differences from my last MBAM1.

Ahh! Thank you for the detailed information. I bet it's very hard and tempting but you stayed very disciplined and did not upgrade...Many of us did not care and jumped at it. LOL! I do miss the Touch Bar it's missing from the new Mac.
Glad your wife is due for an upgrade. She's going to love it. She may want to place her order now since it delayed for months
