What size screen MacBook Pro (2021) did you order?

@LFC2020 decided to visit the Apple store today and you are not going to believe this. Are they really using non-Apple polishing cloth to wipe off the devices?

Apple cloth was no where to be seen 😂 they didn’t have any at the store. You may have won dude, I think I know why you really hate the Apple polishing cloth, 😝

Such a disgrace! Unbelievable! 😡😡

Anyone else experience this ? It's been like this for over a week. When it first shipped, it looked like it was coming early (the 2nd). Then it went to this! I am in the November 9 slot originally.

So no1 had this issue? In all my years ordering Apple products, never encountered this. At this rate, there is no way it makes the original Nov 9th delivery date.

There's a bunch of us stuck with a similar status on our UPS shipments in Shanghai or Zhengzhou. Haven't seen that top message about receiving information needed before though.

I also visited the Apple Store today and also walked out without a polishing cloth 😞😞😞

Atleast UPS is keep you updated and they have the set plans set. They even mentioned “UPS initiated contact with the receiver or the importer for clearance information and it is headed to Louisville, KY”.

I’m pretty sure “Importer” Apple has been notified.

Talk about attention to details!

I seriously want to snag one of those trays that they use for the Apple watch bands. I think that Apple must have them custom made. I cannot find a comparable tray like that anywhere. Everything I‘ve seen looks like a cheap replica. 🥺

Any other Nov 09'thers in a similar boat? Are you still waiting for the 9th? Or did you receive it before?

The odd this for me was when Apple first shipped, it was showing expected delivery on the 2nd.. lol big let down!

Imagine if we had it for MacBook Pro! It’s a perfect set to set up you 💻 in it. Thinking about emailing Apple corporate about the idea, 😂

Also pass the idea of them making leather sleeves for the 14 and 16” 💻. I am really surprised that they didn’t take advantage of another money making opportunity.

Does anyone have her email? -Deirde O”Brein, Senior Vice President of retail and people. She works for Apple in charge of the retail division. I’m seriously thinking about emailing her and letting her know if Apple can introduce those trays to the consumers so we can set our MacBook Pro, Apple Watch or even iPhones.

You got it. That has to be someone in-charge of the retail products. I did see the sleeves but for the regular 13” Mac. The blue and brown one. But honestly Apple sells them way too expensive :(

I have a strong feeling the leather cases, sleeves for MacBook Pro 14” and 16” will be offered in Spring of 2022. For Spring event!
