Hi everyone. For those of you whose machines have shipped, did you spend a long time in "Processing?" I ordered my 16" MacBook Pro on 10/18, but it was later in the day so I got a delivery range of Nov 10-17. I did contact Apple yesterday and their answer was maybe it'll ship last night, or maybe next week. I'm still in Processing. What I'm trying to figure out is if the long processing time is normal or it's just me.
Got rid of that also.

From what I can tell, "Processing" just means they have your payment and shipping info on hand, and nothing else. Mine was in processing for weeks until it finally changed to "Preparing to Ship" which is when they charged my card and most likely means they have a physical package assigned to you to ship. Preparing to Ship takes like 1-2 days and then your package will finally Ship.
Do not get sucked into this thread! There are some sly maneuverings going on around here.
Before you know it @LFC2020 and @TheYayAreaLiving will have talked you into a new 16” MBP/2022 MBA, AND, purchasing at least 5-10 Apple polishing cloths. You’ll leave here and won’t know how you ended up with all this Apple gear. SMH

Received an email from UPS choice letting me know to expect a package from "AI" today (which is Apple). Went to check out the tracking, and while the estimated date shows Thursday, below that it shows out for delivery...
