What size screen MacBook Pro (2021) did you order?

A noticeable difference in scrolling, but since it is a separate browser from the primary Safari, I will leave it until the beta updates.

Nice first impressions.

I don't think Safari is currently running 120HZ Pro-Motion.
That's correct. The UFO test says that Safari is running at 60 Hz. If you run that test in Chrome, it says 120 Hz, but I don't see much difference between scrolling in Safari and Chrome. Scrolling in Safari is nearly as smooth as the rest of the system (which is very smooth).

My 16 inch 24 core/64GB MBP, scheduled for Nov 19-29 delivery, has been stuck on 'Preparing to Ship' for over a week now. Is this normal or has something gone wrong?

I’ve got a serious problem. I might not be an Apple cloth collector (I have two though from my XDR) but I sure do apparently collect SG keyboards. The black trackpad here is the “rare” silver/black one they only sold with the 2019 Cheesegrater. I swear each of these keyboards has a story, lol.

I need help.
I want the Black/Silver keyboard that comes with the 2019 cheese grater. It would better match my Black/Silver motif of my desk compared to the Black/Space Gray keyboard I currently have.

So my local stores have had the mid-tier 16" (M1 Pro, 16GB, 1TB) a couple times but still no spotting of the M1 Max standard config I'm looking for. Has anyone seen one in stock recently in a US store?

The M1 Max configs are all bought up in most places, might be a while for store inventory. It seems ship dates are moving up so shorter wait times. Although shipping delays are still a problem and could get worse as we go through the holidays. If you're ready and know exactly which configuration you want, probably best to just order it.

My 16 inch M1 Max Macbook has changed from processing to preparing to ship. I just wonder when its going to ship and wonder when I'm going to get in my hands

Woo Hoo! hopefully very soon. You get a shipment tracking number. You no longer can cancel out the order :)

Chrome takes lots of RAM! It's deadly :(

Already did a couple days ago but I want it sooner. It won’t be here until end of Nov/Early Dec.

Article from 9to5mac is still up. Check it out! So this also confirms Apple is working on bringing the 120Hz Pro-Motion into safari??

Yep, something went wrong, they pulled it. 🤦‍♂️

Small chance we’ll get beta 3 tomorrow, most likely next week though.
