Intel Mac Notebooks
Boot Options = Hold down Option key
Recovery Mode= CMD+R
M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max Notebooks

Did you know you can change the Auto Boot so you computer won't turn on when you lift the lift the lid
These are the steps to disable AutoBoot: 1) Go to /Applications/Utilities/ folder and open the Terminal app. 2) To disable boot on power and boot on lid, paste or type the following line in the Terminal window, then press Enter to execute the command: " sudo nvram AutoBoot=%00 " If you reset the nvram then it turns back on automatically
to turn it back on type "sudo nvram AutoBoot=%03

My Macbook Pro made it onto the Delivery this morning so its on the way
The supply chain bottleneck is easing so you may indeed see your delivery dates move up. Also Apple Stores and Best Buy are getting in more stock if you want to go that route.

I know its kind of hard for Apple to build all these computer since there are too many configurations- I know they are trying to build them as fast as they can- you know I could of got what I got in the 16 inch and put in the 14 inch-
To me what it looks like form the forum it looks like UPS is having delays and Fedex is not
Like mention before my tracking did not mention a scan in Japan compared to someone else on the forum that there's went to Shanghai to Japan
Mine looks like it went from Shanghai, Memphis, Dulles, and Herndon, VA

I have the same thing. I had my tracking number since yesterday at 12:25AM. There's some here that have had it since the weekend and nothing. There's speculation that these laptops are all coming from the US and are just sitting in a warehouse and have not been picked up yet.

So you have Fedex delivering the package? and do you mind what state its going to?
mine is supposed to be here today before 1:00 but im doubtful..the last update scan was showing memphis and nothing since then
That is what mine is saying delivery today before 1pm- but mine is on the truck for delivery- I think for yours it could of missed a scan
I’m in New England on the East Coast. Near Boston. My last scan in TN was at 7:25am
Did you have the estimated nov 18 to 26 estimate delivery from apple that is still a good distance to travel if there are no flight delays, it’s probably there and unloadi the plane and once eveything is unload I think they scan
It’s only about an hour flight or so away. And we have a major hub up here. For iPhone delivery I have gotten my phone when the last scan was in TN at 5am (it is also an hour behind there). I’m well ahead of my estimated dec 9-16 delivery date.
I don’t think Apple is connected well with that. So I wouldn’t pay attention to that. Apple says dec 3 delivery for me…..it’s going to be way earlier than that.
