Update: I underestimated this new iteration. The display is actually a bit better than the Pro Display XDR. Then I listened to various types of media and it’s the built-in speakers. This notebook has a very powerful audio system that actually competes with my home theater system in terms of audio quality/range. Bass is something that acts like it came out of a sound bar or a small subwoofer. It’s shockingly good.

This computer is what for any user who needs a true all-in-one powerful system that allows content creation with no compromise in terms of today’s standards. This new MacBook is just incredible…

After Apple changed the status to "shipped", it took one day to get a real UPS location (a California location as origin). I think UPS was active on Dec 3rd so 3 days to Breckenridge CO.

I think you have the same config that I have and I'm really liking mine. I really like the display, and the how the speakers sound, its kind of kind of with have the AirPods Pro or the AirPods Max and since the computer can do Spaital Audio now

Congratulations! Looks like custom clearance? Once it's surpassed that you will be on the go and a delivery date will be provided. Hopefully, you see activities later today and it's scheduled to be delivered on Friday? But honestly, Monday seems reasonable. I hope I'm wrong and you get it sooner.

Don't worry, mine is still processing with an expected date of 12/03-12/10... (same specs as you tho and ordered 2 days after you!)

I would say this is the first time in Apple history that a new iPhone and MacBook release go perfect together in terms of feature set and productivity.

iPhone 13 Pro (or iPad Pro 12.9), AirPods Pro/Max, and MacBook Pro together provides a very complete Apple Experience.

Yes, 64GB. Don't know about battery life. My laptops mainly sit on my desk connected to power unless I'm on location with my production gear, which is rare. If I have some time I will try to run a few tests, it might be interesting. I've read performance on battery is not reduced so it would be interesting to see how long I could work without power.

Thank you. Yes, it’s just as good, absent the high power mode. I currently have the 32gb but I’m waiting for the 64gb to arrive and may cancel the latter as I need a computer. I ordered the 64gb on November 3rd as soon as I saw the memory leak issues. I look forward to your battery tests. Should be interesting with mild to intense editing workflow.

It seems pretty consistent that it'll take at least 72 hours before UPS tracking shows anything. In my case, it took not quite 120 hours before UPS tracking # provided by Apple showed in UPS's online tracking, fwiw.

I have been ordering items that are shipped by Apple directly from China for years. I have never encountered such a delay in getting tracking information.
