I woner why the appletrack website hasn't been wroking this time, I have just tried it again and it's coming up with error despite how my MB is now in Europe. Is it possible that TNT are handling the package from the start without sub-contracting?!

I'm a bit confused about this as well. When I look at my order on Apple's order status it says the company handling the shipping is Kuhne & Nagel, as it usually does, after which it is usually taken over by TNT for the European stretch of the journey. In the past, I've also always been able to see results of the stretch between China and Europe directly via apecode. Something odd is going on...

On the tracking page for my order it has always shown it as just TNT, not kuhne&Nagel. Could it be because I'm in Wales, odd things happen here.

Maybe this is why mine still doesn't show up on the TNT tracker. My MacBook is all alone on a Kuhne & Nagel flight to Luxembourg. I hope nothing bad happens to it without the other MBs there to shield it from the elements. :p

When did your MB get shipped? And where's it going?

I received the shipping notification on Friday evening at 9:09 PM GMT+02:00 and I'm in Stockholm, Sweden.

lol - feels like I'm the only bloody Yank in the forums waiting for a MB! I'm the only one eagerly tracking FedEx - I feel lonely!

2 days has passed, i've got nothing from the tracking site... every time i entered my reference number, it says "not found" what's going on?:(

Which Tracking Site? If your using tiger, have you tried the iTNT widget from apple.com?? You enter the tracking number beginning with 803 into it and it brings up the TNT tracking.

I'm in exact same position as MattQiu

My MacBook got shipped May 19th and no tracking service gives me any result. I've tried both Nagel+Kuhne, TNT and Apple's own.

N+K and TNT says "Not Found" (yes, i am using th 80xxx number :))

What is wrong? Why is my MacBook gone? :)

Call TNT... simple as that
You'll get a more accurate info than the TNT site anyway

But how can i be shure that it is shipped with TNT and not Nagel + Kuhne?

I live en Denmark by the way. When i ordered my PowerBook it was shipped grom Nederlands with TNT and i recieved it about 2 days after i got the Shipment Notification :)

I do not understand what's happening this time...

I thought they all shipped with Nagel & Kuhne until it gets to the Arhem Hub where TNT actually take-over.

That's why it's so slow to update status until the change over has taken place.

On your order status, click on Track this shipment , and when the new window come, see down on the left corner it should says Assigned Carrier
and normally it should be mention TNT under it... Then just up for it, there is the
Carrier Tracking Number. When you see that the assigned carrier is TNT, then call them and give them the carrier tracking nr

I ordered my macbook less than ten minutes after it was announced on the 16th. I got my shipment notification email on the 18th but it looks like TNT didn´t pick it up until yesterday.
20 May 2006 21:17 Suzhou Shipped From Originating Depot
20 May 2006 20:23 Suzhou Consignment Received At Transit Point

Looks like there is a two day delay somewhere and my guess is that your order hasn´t been picked up by TNT yet.

Nicken

This normal?

I bought my MB last night at 12:11am Eastern. Its a stock 2.0 whiter 60GB 512 Ram.
IN LESS THAN7 hours I get a Shipemnt notification from apple and a Fed Ex tracking number. i paid for the 2-3 day shiping. $18 cant go wrong.

Is this standard. I kept it stock so i might ship faster but i didnt expect this?

Thoughts?

I also had a shipment notification in the Morning after ordering it, I ordered mine at about 2:00pm (GMT) on the Tuesday.

I think it's amazing that the MB's manage to get all the way from Suzhou to America (Following a similar route as TNT for the first leg) to allow 2-3 day delivery. Its going to be over a week from when I ordered my MB until I recieve it. How come apple dont offer some sort of express delivery for it's UK's customers? It would be nice to have a choice.

Hmm that's one more wierd thing:

Carrier Tracking Number
In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly
Assigned Carrier
In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly

It hasn't been changes since i got the shipping notice...

It looks like almost every MB is delayed, but im just getting nervous about my shipping details hasn't changed a bit :-(

Edit:Typo

2 choices.

1. Call Apple and ask them

2. Wait monday for any new updates, otherwise retry nr 1
