Mine is shipping to the UK... This is what the TNT tracker says for me:
20 May 2006 21:44 Suzhou Shipped From Originating Depot
20 May 2006 16:46 Suzhou Consignment Received At Transit Point

Mine seems to be on the same flight as yours, but it was "received at transit point" ten minutes earlier! :)

LOL! They unload the crate at the Arhem Hub and out pop a load of babie macbooks...

If my macbooks slot is dirty... I'm blaming YOU ;)

Just ordered one day ebfopre yesterday for my sister to take to college.
"Ship date
May 20, 2006"

Estimated Delivery
May 26, 2006

Even though it's not going to be mine, I get to set it up, Install everything, etc. MMM good.

This is odd - or is it? I'm not sure... my tracker updated, and my flight made it to Alaska - and for some reason it says "Released for Delivery" - and I'm not exactly sure what that means, because I don't live in Alaska, so it doesn't mean my MacBook is on a truck headed to my house.

Anyone from Australia had theirs shipped yet?

I ordered my Black Macbook on the 18th at 02:07 PM, still not shipped. Estimated shipping is 01/06/2006 and delivery on the 07/06/2006.

Please come sooner :p

Well, if things are going as they should, my MacBook should be somewhere between Alaska and Memphis. Here's a question: I know FedEx usually doesn't deliver over the weekend, but do the FLY on Sunday?

I'm pretty much sure they still operate on Sundays in terms of flights etc, they just don't make direct delivery's.....

Also could someone who is tracking via TNT give me the direct link they are using to track there MacBook? Thanks

I'd also like to know this... and do you use the same code as with Apecode? i.e. 80xxxxxxxx. I want to know if I'm doing something wrong, as its still not showing up for me (and I got the shipping notification on Friday evening).

Lads I use

http://www.tnt.com/country/en_ie.html

Remember your tracking is a REFERENCE not consignment number.

But that's Ireland, but should work for UK, otherwise try

http://www.tnt.com/country/en_gb.html

Only UK site seems to only track consignment number which probably wont work?, i'm not sure with them...

EDIT!!!!

The Ireland site will work for UK, but I found the correct tracking page on UK site for you, its

http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/tracker.do?navigation=1&respLang=en&respCountry=GB&genericSiteIdent=

Remember its a reference code, not consignment....

Isn't it the same one as the apecode website? After you type in your reference number you can click on it again and it brings you directly to the TNT site. This is the site just in case but I think many people have already mentioned it:

http://http://www.apecode.com/appletrack/

Btw, you decided not to use the dual channel capabilities in the MB? May I ask why?

I hear you. Same reason for me.

Yeah that was pretty much the dilemma I was going through as well. In the end I decided to get 2x512's for now and further down the line bump it up to 2x1gigs. I feel that DDR2 667 is still being sold for a premium by the top manufacturers. The difference in price for getting the 2x512 and 2x1gig is way too much to justify the purchase.

Ditto, except London N hehe. I ordered mine in the early hours of Wednesday (5AM), I don't know why it took this long to ship compared to others, maybe it was the BTO HDD ? (It's a 1.83/80GB/Combo/512RAM)

Probably because the 1.83hgz models shipped a bit later doubt it was the HDD, I suggest you try sell your iBook on eBay I managed to get £620 for mine and its same specs as your except 40gb HD.....

Hmmm... I'm beginning to feel a bit alone here. I received the shipping confirmation via e-mail on Friday at 9.09 PM GMT+02:00 and I still can't track it on Apecode or any of the TNT sites (seems like TNT has a central database btw, so it shouldn't really matter which country you check from)! I'm getting a little bit anxious... think I'll give Apple a call on Monday if it still doesn't show up to see if they have more specific info on the shipment.

£620?1 WOW, I'm happy if I get £500 for it! lol. I can't sell it until after my exams. Plus I need to transfer my files from the MB to the iBook, I'm gestimating I can put it up for sale on the 10th of June, 10day listing, so it should be done and dusted by the 20th (fingers crossed). £620 is a LOT good on ya;)

PS: My Crucial RAM stick hasnt arrived yet, I bid on it and won on the 17th, its supposed to be 1st Class Royal mail delivery, so it should have come by the 20th right? I got a mail from the user saying it would be posted. Now it says the user is no longer a registered eBay user.

Here is the link:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=9726682062&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWA:IT&rd=1

It's too early to be worrying right? The guy had like 500+ +ve feedback:eek:

  I understand your concern. That does sound suspicious.... Have ye tried emailing them? If you dont get anything in the next couple of days get onto your CC company and PayPal. Forget sending anything to EBAY they are fecking useless at customer support....

Well I use Maestro Debit Card thru PayPal - it has upto £500 cover or something so it should be ok right? I haven't mailed him because he sent me a mail on the 18th saying 'Payment has been received, your item will be posted shortly, thanks'. If it was 1st class, surely it should have come by Saturday? If it doesnt come by Monday I'm gonna get onto PayPal:(

(You can't email if theyre no longer registered, can you?) The guy had like an eBay shop going - and if you look at the history there were previously a few sales in the last 10 days....weird!
