How did you "Build and Install Open Core"? Your Open Core EFI should include BlueToolFixup.kext and Bluetooth-Spoof.kext:
When you executed 'kextstat | grep -i bluetool' you reported that it returned nothing. This indicates that BlueToolFixup.kext is not loaded.
EDIT: Please post your Open Core config.plist.
EDIT2: @Komyea Could you also confirm that this is the model of your Wi-Fi card: Bcm943602cdp. I think that I see what's going on, but I need your config.plist to confirm my suspicion.

@Komyea Your config.plist looks correct for the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth card that you have. I was thinking that you had an older Wi-Fi card (thus my question about BlueToolFixup).
I did a quick search and see that others are having issues with Bluetooth for your Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card. I am out of guesses and apologize for not being able to help you. Hopefully someone else has suggestions.
EDIT: @Komyea One other thought - did you connect the USB cable from the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card to a USB header? I don't have experience with your card, but I think it needs the USB cable.

Thanks for the encouraging words about getting this all set up properly. Will get to that sooner or later, but right now kind of burned out with all the hours I've been putting in.
- Erased and formatted the external volume for the backup from Catalina (Patcher), so perhaps it uses a more up to date APFS. And in any case, had to erase once again from Ventura.
- Tried SuperDuper, which many recommend, but it kept erroring out.
- Was finally able to make a backup - not bootable, from CCC. In that regard, see https://bombich.com/kb/ccc6/cloning-macos-system-volumes-apple-software-restore). As suggested in that link, everything you need in order to restore is there:
You don't have to be able to boot your Mac from the CCC backup to restore data from it. You can restore individual files and folders using Finder or CCC while booted from your production volume. If you ever need to restore everything from a non-bootable backup, you can install macOS via Recovery mode (e.g. onto a replacement disk), then migrate data from the backup via Migration Assistant. CCC backups are compatible with Migration Assistant, and we support that configuration.
- Re. Brave: I think you must have misunderstood what I was saying about there; it's updating and working fine in Ventura, but no more updates in High Sierra. Stuck at maybe 5 or 6 versions ago. Have lost track.
- Definitely looked everywhere for that Allow Bluetooth devices to wake....So Bluesnooze is really indispensable, although had to install Brew in order to get it working properly.
- Should have mentioned earlier, this is a Late '09 iMac - iMac 10,1

OK, in regard to that CCC info, I often refer people to Mike Bombich's blog. He is a real gem, dedicated and very skillful, yet down-to-earth and easy to deal with. I have no connection to that Company, just a very satisfied customer. I have used my CCC backups several times to reinstall MacOS, always just works.
May I suggest you put your hardware in your signature? Click on your User name, top right of this page, and that will show you the Signature input field.

Macbook Pro 4,1 15 inch on Ventura 13.6.1. Having issues with the trackpad where when the cursor is near to a button, it automatically centers and attaches to the button. Anybody having a similar issue and/or know of a fix?
just updated to ventura mac pro 5.1 all is good but I really need my MOTU audio interfaces to work they were driven by system extensions on mojave is there anyway I can load these extensions?

Ditto about Mike Bombich. I'm seeing that CCC version 1 was released January 18, 2002. Don't think I go quite that far back with CCC, but most likely started some time after I got my G3 iMac, purchased in '02 - last time I checked, still boots up.
He is indeed a real gem. Last year when I was setting up the Catalina (Patcher) he stayed with me for a back and forth over 2 or 3 days, in order to explain how to get a backup on the High Sierra using CCC 5. Incredibly patient and generous. Years ago he was very forthcoming publicly with some personal details. I remember him saying that he wouldn't be around for a day or 2 because of the birth of one of his kids. Must have been when CCC was an open forum.
Now that I have a backup, when the time comes and I do the proper erase and reinstall, it would be very nice if I'm able to move at least some items over from the current Ventura that I've invested so much time with that won't come with the migration from the High Sierra - but not holding my breath that that will be possible.
Something interesting from yesterday I didn't mention before: had been discussing earlier the option to check Firewire booting in the OCLP settings https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...unsupported-macs-thread.2346881/post-32708943
Not sure what was responsible for this, but after checking that option and then running the build, as soon as I opened the external drive, everything completely froze up. Mouse cursor, even with an older USB wired mouse, wouldn't budge. Eventually got unstuck, but not sure what fixed it. I ran the build again without checking that option and then did an SMC Reset. Very weird if it was that Firewire booting option; the external in question was Firewire connected.
Something that is possibly off-putting about erasing the internal and reinstalling is that the current color scheme in Firefox (also weirdly glitchy with some sites, including this one, where it can take a full minute to completely load), as well as the default folder colors, are a very garish, kind of neon blue. Have tried setting a different color profile, and adjusting the color of some of the desktop folders, but haven't found anything really satisfactory. Not the default folder colors, but I'm experiencing the same thing also with Firefox in the Cat volume. Have you noticed this, or has this been addressed anywhere? Or perhaps this is the result of not having installed the Ventura quite properly. Also it seems that the menubar is kind of greyed out (reducing transparency has no effect) and not as thick as I'm used to. Is this what normally comes with this OS?

Try using the System Settings, Display pane and set the TrueTone to OFF and the Display to Display P3.
Anything better? That was suggested by someone when some panes were blacked out in earlier Sonoma betas.

The important point of that last post was to try the Display P3 setting, rather than any of the other choices, for example Adobe RGB. The True Tone doesn't apply to your setup. Did you try that Display P3?Hi David,

MacBookPro4,1 successfully updated from 13.5 (on OCLP 1.2.1) ->Ventura 13.6.1 via OCLP 0.6.8.
OTA Update of macOS was flawless, Root patch however did n o t work via OCLP 1.2.1 and also not via OCLP 1.3.0n.
Had to revert to OCLP 0.6.8 to perform the Root patch.
