Upon updating to 15.7RC4 AppleTV flashes green during playback. Not present in RC3 or Sonoma. OCLP 2.4.0 installed throughout. 🤷‍♂️
That was another reason I stuck with Sonoma over Sequoia for my upgrade, that I didn't include in my response earlier.
Apple TV, and Time machine didn't work right when doing an upgrade, so had to do a clean install. I'd much rather do an upgrade whenever possible, as it saves time going forward. With that said, nothing above Monterey, really don't give me anything I need. They just fix a few minor cosmetic bugs in one, or two apps, and give me the option to install newer updates to a few others. On a daily use though, I could do without those things. However, since Sonoma is stable, I'll leave it as is until I have issues I can't resolve. I've seen more videos regarding macOS 26, and I'm thinking I'm not even going to bother with OCLP for that, the UI change looks nice enough that I'd get a new mac for it. I just also need to make sure there will be enough other changes that would apply to me to justify the cost.

That's 2.4.0's changelog. 2.4.1 is a small update that fixes the issue showing wrong installers as "stable", such as Sequoia 15.7 RC.

2.4.1 is a bug fix release to fix missing or wrong installers showing up when downloading an installer. See 2.4.0 release notes for general changes.
  • Switch installer source to AppleDB
    • Resolves missing or incorrect installers showing up when downloading an installer

OCLP 2.4.1 installed, used for EFI and root re-patching, on MBP11,1 internal SSD (Sequoia 15.6.1) and external SSD (15.7RC3). No problems.
OCLP "create installer" now shows the correct macOS versions upon download, both without and with beta option.

Thank you developers!

If I wanted to try the upgrade again, since a couple of Sequoia updates have come out, since the last time of trying it, is it safe to upgrade from Sonoma using the USB install method? That way patches will be automatically reapplied, or is it better to do a clean install? If it's better to do a clean install, I won't bother as this is stable.

So many drives!!
What has happened in my OC config that I now get so many drive partitions showing they cant even fit? I can hardly read their names.
I only have 4 bootable volumes - main startup, mojave, sonoma basic and sequoia basic - the last are minimal installs from when I was struggling getting my Sequoia upgrade to boot.

Where in the config should I be looking to change something?

Thx
