well i measure in miles. i run almost everyday. i try to at least get 4 miles in. sometimes i have a few short runs in the same day.
yesterday i ran almost 8 miles in one run. today only around 6

Thursday and Friday's hockey took a toll on me. Maybe Tuesday, and Wednesday, but again we'll have to see how the legs are feeling after hockey tomorrow.

Leg pain didn't have a whole lot to do with it, just overall fatigue. Plus, I'd like to be sharp for Monday night's game.
nah, just run more runs. it's easier to break it down into smaller runs. but as you get fitter, make the runs longer
I'm running (pretty consistantly) 6 or 7 days per week, 2.5+ miles at
a time. My schedule doesn't really hold any more time for running.![]()

I have no chance at catching the leaders.. but woot woot, cracked the top ten with run number three. A personal best 7k. Now, let's just pray I can move tomorrow to do it again.
