Word, nothing too exciting yet. AEBS that most of us already have, software updates, and rentals. *YAWN*

HOW?

How is it reasonable?

99 cents for 24 hours........that would be reasonable.

Sorry but where else on the planet outside of Bit Torrent can you find on demand HD movies for 99 cents, that will play on your big screen TV without a computer?

So far I'll be sticking with Netflix and get their top box. Subscription service>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Apple's pricing structure.

When he spends this much time on something, the price is always higher than we expect.

Edit - I stand corrected...it's a free update.

how about he says that .mac is available for free to all leopard users. that would make me happy.

i'm not disappointed at all. Think there is some great stuff going to be released. What i am disappointed about is the fact that none of it hardly will be in the UK

:(

there will be a free software update to all the old Apple TVs as well

I wasn't expecting a lot so I'm not really disappointed. I was hoping for a 16g Iphone option but I'll take the apps they released for the Ipod Touch.

So far:

Updates to iPhone and iPod Touch: wireless products
Updates to Airport Extreme/Time Capsule & Leopard functionality: wireless
Updates to iTunes and Apple TV: wireless

I'm beginning to think something being in the air is slowly disappearing.

technically, there has to be a computer with a processor and a memory and ethernet to prebuffer and decode and de-DRM the stuff anyway so it's not w/o computer in my view, it's just the usual ease of use that Apple provides is what appeals to a TV user.
