This has never happened to you before and within a few weeks of moving, suddenly 2 expensive items of which you or your family have no knowledge of, are sent to your old address, and you think there is nothing wrong here???
I have already explained my reasoning multiple times. If you can read everything I've said in this thread, and explain to me exactly how this could still be a scam, feel free to share.

I might as well start using the watch that my family already unsealed and opened when the package first arrived. The other one is still sealed and it will remain that way for now.

This is not a life or death situation. Banks and credit bureaus hire a whole lot of people just to help consumers when fraud does happen. If this does turn out to be fraud, I will contact whoever and work to get it resolved. I did not cause this situation and I attempted to figure it out, and surely that is something that banks, credit bureaus, or whoever is capable of understanding.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, I have already checked my credit report to verify that this is not the case.

Well... that is debatable considering that they literally had my name on them and that the FTC says they're legally mine. lol
The OP is correct that he has no legal obligation to send them back to Apple.

Just wanted to say, I agree with Relentless Power. As I read this thread I was struck by your polite responses and willingness to calmly repeat things you’d previously stated. That’s refreshing in today’s internet forums! I wanted to add, JUST in case you weren’t aware of this...the watches require that you have an iphone. If not, you’ll be spending a like amount on a new phone to use with the watch that you must not have been yearning for already!

Also, like Relentless, I hope you’ll update us if this is ever cleared up. I’m a bit worried about the squirelliness of this—your name and address, evidently your email too if you got a tracking #. What the heck!!!

This is part of Apples new marketing campaign to get people to buy more iPhones.... Apple watches will mysteriously show up on your doorstep if you own an Android... and then you'll be forced to ditch your android and buy an iPhone to take advantage of this most wonderful and unexpected gift.

Why did you came here if you already knew all along everything?

Seems to me you knew what to do all along and do not care about others opinion, after all no one here is jealous (thank God i can afford an Apple watch), we are just trying to avoid you potential troubles...

Moral? Each one has its own, I am not going there, but the legal aspect is at least to be considered.

I understand that you guys are just trying to help. I didn't know everything all along. After checking on some of the things I was told to check on (that I learned about during the course of this thread, or in other words did not know before...) everything looks good - but most still seem to still be very sure that this is some sort of fraud. It seems a little unfair to basically imply that I'm stupid despite everything I've said, checked on, and the fact that I know more about the details of this situation than anyone else.

Either way, there is no point in arguing about it any more. I've said my piece regarding the fraud possibility, but I will still update the thread if there are any new developments.

No one here said you are stupid, you came up with that conclusion yourself, people have told you that even if you checked the thing you did, that does not completely rule out the possibility of fraud.

As you said you are 21 so instead of stupid you can say unexperienced, and many of us are a little older, some of us been scammed and our experience can help you not make the same mistake.

Again seems to me you came here looking for approval, and once hit with a possible (not the only one) reality you turned sour (albeit very politely and I thank you for that) and stopped accepting different opinions.

best of luck!

what in the world! why does it look like you are quoting me on this but I never wrote that? weird.

A little off but topic but I went ahead and ordered a genuine silver milanese loop (new condition for half-price on eBay) and some Skinomi screen protectors. Hopefully they don't peel off but I'm a little neurotic about preserving the original condition of the screen on all my devices, because after all, that is what you're looking at. I'm thinking the silver stainless steel band will look great contrasted against the black aluminum of the watch, and from the pictures I was able to find, it sure does to me! :) Still not really sure what I'm going to do with the other one. All my family and close friends either don't want one, already have one, or have an android.

Have you contacted apple to find out what happened or are you waiting to be contacted?

Forgetting about the legal aspect of this, the morally right thing to do is to contact Apple. I guess we'll find out about your morals...that is if you care to share with us what you decide to do.

Wanna consult with your pastor, KenM?

Personally, I think this thread is exhausted. OP, update us in about a month, maybe 60 days-ish and let us know how things turn out, once and if anything arises with any type of fraud.

You have some unusual experiences! Whatever happened with the 2018 MacBookPro which you ordered but it wasn’t delivered, and they were resending? There’s no conclusion to that thread.

It was never found. Apple sent me a replacement, which (thankfully) I was still able to get to my cousin in time for Christmas.

It's not going to be a gift from somebody else, what is he going to do with two, wear them on both arms? lol
if we didnt have AppleWatches hypothetically i could imagine for example my inlaws gifting me and my S.O an Apple Watch each for Christmas or something
so I don't think its that far fetched who knows what holidays the OP celebrates or the motivation the sender had for providing two.

I know personally, my SO got our AppleWatches through work via a health and wellness benefit.
in that scenario they were mailed to us, not charged to us and if i hadnt been informed by my spouse i would be thinking WTF just like the OP.

TLDR: I could be wrong, but my guess isn't as outlandish as you imply.

When I was younger, a neighbor ran a small diner in our town. They needed a new stove or refrigerator or something for the diner and were surprised when a week after it was delivered, the company delivered a second one. They kept it and sold it or used it at home, can’t really remember. Anyway, a few days after that, the company delivered a third one, which they also kept and sold.

Years later though, karma came back to bite them on the ass, when the dad dropped dead of a heart attack at one of their kid’s wedding.

Read OP and responses. Looked for anyone mentioning “freeze credit” and can’t believe no one brought it up until yesterday lol

OP keep the Watches, freeze your credit temporarily (or always, much safer) just Incase. And finally.. enjoy the watches.

Did you by any chance sign for one of those health insurance deals that provide a “free” Apple Watch? Centura Health was doing one for awhile, maybe still is. You sign up for it and by meeting certain fitness goals over a certain time frame, you could pay it off in whole or in part.

It wouldn’t explain two, unless they sent two by accident, but just a thought that might explain the mystery watch if you signed up some time back and forgot about having done so

During the Christmas season I ordered a GoPro hero 7 and a lego set for my kids from target. Two seperate shipments of gopros and legos showed up At my door with only one charge/order in my target order history. Anyone want a GoPro for sale?

Well that got dark really fast.... I don't think the karma from keeping the ovens gave him a bad heart though, could have been a bad ticker that he never got checked out, bad diet habits, stress from running a diner, no exercise, etc., etc.... I suspect that if they had kept those ovens or returned them the heart attack would have still happened.

I thought they were going to say "dropped one on their foot...", but was so, so much darker that that.
