Then a reboot could fix it if a config used by Apple Music to forge the HTTP request was changed by some means : rebooting might have resetted it.

Any environment variable used by another application and AM, a process used by AM that was stuck at some point or not responding as it should have, a file that was locked for reading, etc. There's many possible reasons.Changes by what means? I'm interested, in why you would need to reboot the machine instead of just the app/service.
