If I didn't need to buy my wife's I considered buying the SS Black yesterday. It was in stock. I don't need to spend that much but damn, it was tempting.

They seem to have plenty of the alum with blue sports band. Just nobody wants it.

When you go to pickup later can you check if they happened to receive any 38 Sport?
I think they receive PM shipments just not sure if daily

Yeah, happy to check and will report back. He did say they had some 38's in stock.

Thanks. Might be 38 SS Milanese I think that's what they had these past few days.

I hope they have the SG by this weekend

Ok will do... Do they stick to the exact appointment time or will they let you in early if they aren't busy?

Strange, I was there yesterday and they were great. Maybe it's the way people were speaking to them? There were some people that were buttheads in line with me but they handled the situation perfectly.

It's probably 1 or 2 particular people that are causing the issue. Maxfields needs to address that quickly because this is hurting their rep and Apples.

They stick to the appointment time but sometimes run a bit late. It all depends on how long people before you are taking.

Just got back. Have a 3pm appointment. Could have had a 1:45pm time but had to go back to the office. Was told they had 42mm SS Blue sports band but didn't know if they had black sports band.

I plan on giving it another try tomorrow morning. Since I'll doubt have to blow off a few hours in that area waiting for my appointment time, can anyone recommend a decent bar or lounge/pool hall etc? Hollywoods' not really my stomping ground.

Your pretty much in the heart of West Hollywood. Your walking distance from everything. I ended up at the Starbucks around the corner. Google wi-fi and got some work done.

??? There is no SS and blue sport band option.

Literally just walked out with my watch that I ordered on Friday there is no line so if you're looking to go go now

You mean Maxfield's have the Space Black in stock? Both sizes or just one?

They had* aluminum sports in both sizes I believe, and Stainless Steel with milanese and black sport band in 42mm. I did not check for 38.

Thanks. I'll be damned if by the time they restock, apples in store pickup becomes available

I believe in my heart that they will be in stores in June. Apparently, based upon the scalpers in line, the bands will be available in stores in June. One guy specifically mentioned the Apple Store at the Grove in LA

Anyone have any luck buying 2 at once... Need to get one for moms and the wife and would prefer to not have to go back and forth twice.

I showed up at 8:45 AM and was the 9th person in line. At around 9:00 AM, a security guard came around, looked at everyone's ID and passed out little pink tickets with pre-printed sequential numbers; that was your place in line. Everyone immediately left, with instructions to come back at 10:00 AM.

At 10:00 AM, I was checked in by a guy with an iPad mini. He also looked at my ID, asked me what model Watch I was interested in, and wrote 11:20 AM on the back of my little pink ticket.

I left again, had some breakfast, and came back at about 11:15 AM. I waited a few minutes outside the store, and then was ushered inside. The selection was fairly limited today, and the employee that helped me didn't seem to know for sure whether they had specific models. For 42mm cases, the only Sport Watches they had were the blue band. I ended up buying a stainless steel 42mm with a black sport band.

All in all, it wasn't the worst experience, and I was able to get a Watch much faster than I would have waiting for my pre-order. It was a little annoying that I had to visit the store three times, but I can't complain too much since I live just a five minute drive away from the store.

They will not let you. You can only get 1 a day. I tried to buy one and preorder one and they flat out said no.

And this was today? I'm thinking of doing the exact same thing tomorrow. Looking for a SS 42mm BSB. Just the same as you.

They had Milanese when I was there at noon, headed back for my appointment at 3:00 and will let you know.
