Very precise, great looking and fuctioning product. I am with this guy. The upper mic hole is a tiny pin hole and lines up exactly with the phone. I was surprised by this!
 
If you don't like the way the phone works people should return it.

Looks like Sept. 30 is cut off for free bumper. Hmmm

NYT posted a fix is in the working and SJ said they still are working on it becasue they are engineers...

Return it and wait until a better iPhone comes out. Simple.
Shouldn't be long.

The "issue" isn't unique to the iPhone and can be replicated on EVERY smartphone out there.

Apple is doing exactly what you are saying- trying to appease the media and people who think they are "owed" something. I say that Apple buyers aren't that naive and really know what's going on and shouldn't be a party to this over-reactive nonsense.

Apple's demonstration was a trick. A misledong demonstration at least and an outright lie at most.
How many smart phones completely drop data connections when held in the Steve Jobs way?

Instead of a free case, Apple should give you the $5k to convert your bmw 325 into a 330....poser style of course!
 
3g, 3gs, and now IP4, and I have always had a case on every one of them. Mostly because I want to protect my phones.

Also, I am one of the users with no signal issues. I'm sure I could create an issue in a low signal area if I tried, but I just use the damn thing and it works. Overall, this has been a huge improvement over even my 3gs....
 
Unfortunately I used cash, I purchased the Bumper about two weeks ago when they finally got them back in stock. I guess my only solution is to get a free case or bumper (different color) from them and use it as backup or switch if I get bored.

I have a black one. If I go and order a white one or buy a white one if they have it, do I get that one free? Just wondering.
 
I do not have a signal problem and I do not want another case.

Can I give this money to some charity.

If you registered your email with them, they should have that information on hand also, so that could be your proof of purchase.
 
Got a bumper at the Apple Store and lost my receipt. But I want to keep by bumper.

How does this work? Kind of unfair for some people to get a free bumper and don't have problems vs ones who actually paid for it.

I'm thinking they will do a "one-time" deal as I think people can take advantage of this over and over if they let the receipt-less folks get a refund. You will probably have your name in their computer.

Anybody know the rules?

Can we get the free bumber from the store now or do we have to apply online?
