[Merged] iPhone - White vs. Black (2010 / iPhone 4 Edition)

I really liked the "Zebra" look of the past white iphones (white back/black front) but i don't really like the all white look. I definitely think i'm going to have to stick with all black.

I plan on just using the bumper and leaving the back and front open, and after seeing the fingerprint mess on that black 4, I'm pretty sure i am gonna get a white. Lol
16GB or 32GB, sorry, no 64GB.
I've been thinking about which one I want to go with, and seemed to have decided on white, due to me liking my current white iPhone 3G. Of course, I guess I'll ultimately make my decision in store on the 24th.....
Isn't it nice that these are the kind of decisions we have to deal with though? Rather than all the other horrible decisions people have to make every day.
Ok, on these forums I realize I'm opening myself up to total public ridicule (lol), but does anyone want their iPhone to either match or stick out from their other Apple products? I mean with white it will harmonize with your MBP or MacBook or iPad or iMac or whatever...with the black, it will stand on it's own! Anyone else this OCD to think about these things?

Same thoughts, although I had black 3G, black and white 3GS and always liked the black.
Will have to see it in person I think, either way they're both delicious =)

No, not at all, OCD right here and I was thinking this as well, but how do you figure the white model would better match your Mac and iPad? All recent and current Macs with a display (except for the MBA) feature the black bezel, so wouldn't the black iPhone match that better? This goes along with the iPad as well.
Conversely, I feel the white iPhone would be better matching with the rest of Apple's peripherals, such as the Time Capsule/Airport Extreme, the aluminum keyboard, the Magic Mouse, and of course, the iPhone dock (and iPad dock). Also, the only Mac I think that would best compliment the white iPhone 4 would be the Mac Mini, with it's white top.
With all this in mind, I'm actually leaning towards the white model.
i know there is colored glass what im saying is i doubt the entire back is pure glass on a phone. i should of worded my earlier post differently.
I wasn't too keen on the white at first - I thought it looked too much like the white PSP. The black offers a nice frame for video and pictures.

I think it is, I believe the next layer is the stainless steel frame. There may be some sort of laminate on the underside though, but I don't think there is plastic.
