Hahaha. I know what you mean. When I saw that Hold stuff, I was saying to myself "THOSE BASTARDS!!!" hahahaa. But then I realized... wait... I'm being very American right now.

Just got mine about 15 minutes ago. Looks to be similar to the folks who started getting them earlier today... Starting in Shenzhen with a scheduled delivery of 6/18. So, if those who are showing 6/17 deliver do really get them today looks like it'll be tomorrow for me. Unless another hold comes up then it's Friday for all. I suspect the later but a nice surprise from

Thanks. It is odd that my order has sat in "Prepared for shipment" for 3 days and not done anything... I will trust that Apple knows what they're doing.
Haha... I don't think Ive ever had so much fun being a geek, sitting here chatting it up on the forums about iPhones, tracking flights, etc. Better than waiting in line for sure.

I think it would be hilarious, though impractical, if I looked outside and there's a jet in the street and Steve Jobs just comes and gives me my phone and goes to everyone's house like Santa and apologizes for the Hold in Lexington. Hahaha
Usually mass shipments from China to the US are bundled in a crate under the same service: express. This is to expedite the freight. Tracking numbers for the phones in the crate are then linked. Then the items in the crate are sorted and applied with a new title: next day air (in our case anyway)
