I ordered mine on June 9th from AT&T in-store. They said it will be there June 19th at 7am when they open.
I have tracking but UPS just hasn't scanned it yet.

I ordered 3 phones on the 9th. 16GB Black, 32GB Black and 32GB White
2 says in progress and the White one has a tracking number. Not sure if its fedex or ups here it is

We'll see, but if they do I bet it will be UPS's last foray with Apple. Apple wants the bulk of the 3.0 load off their servers before activation starts. They do not want a repeat of last year.

Yes, I ordered overnight and mine shipped already. I expect it tomorrow or Wednesday (most likely since it's from China). I am in Seattle

If it does not come on 19th, then how about this strategy.... After work on the 19th, I head to ATT and if there are any in store, I will buy there. Then, I refuse to accept my shipment from Apple when it does come in after the 19th..
I paid for overnight shipping. Apple better give me a refund if it arrives on the same date as everyone else.

Call them up and they should refund it. They did that with mine and I got overnight shipping for free with no problems at all.
thats the same site that said there is no major upgrade between the 3G and 3GS so i wont read or believe anything from that site
