Same for me, although I doubt it's coming today considering it's 4:40pm here, the package hasn't left Kentucky, and we don't already see a ton of posts screaming about how they got their phone early

Not only did I get the email from Apple just now telling me I'd have my phone on Friday... but for good measure they sent the email FOUR TIMES. Nice.
I havent received not even one email from ATT since i ordered..Apple CS> ATT CS
Don't feel too bad. I only received my order confirmation from Apple and nothing since.
When you come to my door on the 19th I can show you the phone I've had for two days and teach you how to use it.
How about this...
Considering Apple has had their hands on the 3G S's for some time now,
(Testing, Marketing, Promotional Need) there could be a significant amount in the states already. I'm sure this is not unheard of to most of you, but I feel like for the most of us who are dealing with "Prepared for Shipment" still have hope that they are just preparing to ship from within the U.S..
And since UPS is experiencing holds being put on from apple, shipments from within the U.S. with not go to local hubs 'till tomorrow.
Being one of the "Prepared for Shipment...still...argh" people, I think we all should see notifications tomorrow for a timely delivery on Friday.
Just a Thought, and Hopefulness.
