Definitely a hot towel! I'm glad I arrived last night because I know the layout of the warehouse, so when the time comes to get aboard the first plane I will know where to go! But I must admit, having sat in this huge warehouse all day its been pretty boring. Can't wait for you newbies to arrive!
like i said before...party all night long. we (me & josue196) threw a party in first class earlier with the hot towell, ice, and Jagermeister. So yes Ryan, we will party when we arrive.

I received an email stating that it would be delivered on the 19th as well, not that anything except for the initial shipment email said anything different, and all the websites were updated to assure that those emails were in fact incorrect, nice to see that they're caring enough to update us though.
Arite, I think I'm gonna host a launch party tomorrow..
I'm gonna go to Kentucky early in the AM, break in to the wharehouse and pack all those boxes into the trunk of my toyota corolla and hand them out tomorrow at the keg party I'll be hosting.. You're all invited.. bring booze and b*tches and it will be free.. come without either of those and its 20 bucks to get in..

Apple only sends order emails at time of order (confirmation), once it's shipped, and then a final receipts.
I live an hour away from where it will land in KY... so i might just party a little early guys.

At any rate, the 3 holds I had just came off and it shows my 3G S on scheduled for delivery today - just like it did before the holds in Kentucky... It would have been cool to get it early, but seeing as there are going to be some that don't get one this week, I'm perfectly happy with them meeting the release date.
(for those that care, I ordered around 7pm June 8th, from apple.com)

For the thousandth time.... we get it. It will arrive on the 19th. jeez. pop the bubbly..
The next update we see will be the departure from Anchorage scan which will show after 8PM PST. (Yes it does leave at 4:20PM PST) dont ask

UPS shows mine in AK, as of 1:50pm AKDT.
But, I still have no delivery time. It went away last night, after first showing the 18th, then the 19th.
It's scheduled to depart AK at 3:46pm AKDT. Maybe they'll show a delivery time when it logs the departure.
Not worried about a Friday delivery at all, though. I'm just having fun watching its journey!

need insight on this.... if my iphone is departing dallas, texas into ontario, california (found this out on boxoh) and the UPS service is Next Day Air Saver, does that mean its flying or being taken on a truck to ontario which will then be delivered to where im suppose to get them in san diego...
