As some others have already mentioned, UPS is aware of Apple's request to hold ALL iPhones so they are delivered on Friday.

I just spoke to a UPS rep - Friday it is. Did you really all think you would have your phone a day early?

For me, means I'll have it laaaate Friday...oh well.

Please stop F#$#ing with me.

Hold was removed, delivery date returned to 6/18.
Then delivery date removed.
Now Hold reapplied !!!!

What happened was that Apple put a hold on the packages as to not let any get out before the 19th.

UPS posted (For an hour or so) on the tracking numbers that there was a hold.
After UPS was done, they pulled the Kentucky scan, and pulled the hold scan.

It will be delivered on the 19th.
 
My wife is also ready to kick me out of the house because I keep whining about it (for the second night in a row). Kind of fun! :D
 
I have a tracking number yet it has been sitting senzchen since 3:34AM wednesday. When is this going to leave.
 
Apple had better hope that everyone still waiting for their product to ship gets it in time haha. The call center will be slammed if a large group of us don't receive them on Friday :p
 
for those of you whose package is still in KY, when will they be moving to closer to your current location. Will they be on the move tonight or are they going to be moving tomorrow and being delivered early friday morning?

First they clear all the exceptions a few hours ago, now another shows up.

I don't mind that they want to hold them to be delivered on the release date... but look at the time of the message... they've known since 4 am this morning, don't screw with us!

And just put 6/19/2009 up as the delivery date and we'd all stop complaining.

Depends on the final location. I would imagine that mine due for Las Vegas could leave late evening tomorrow and still be at the local UPS location for Friday morning delivery.
 
It is going to get more crowded in Worldport at the UPS Hub, the June 17 flight of UPS 063 is inbound to KY.

Hey, maybe they will have to ship ours to make room for the next group of arrivals. :eek::D:cool:

just checked again and it changed the status. Does this mean it shipped and is on its way to Alaska?

how do i bring up the flight and plane to track?
