It's guaranteed delivery BY the 19th.

Just got back from lunch and it finally says prepared for shipment! I'm so relieved. I was getting a little worried since it seemed like everyones was shipping but mine.

Didn't expect what? I'm seeing a lot of Apple people not getting updates either, and no one has yet to not get a phone as promised.

That's from the other thread.. so it seems whoever gets it on the 17 is really getting it on the 17 :)

Hey, the same thing happened to me! I was like gtfo, Mr. President. Your healthcare plan does not interest me. Unless it comes with iPhones.
 
I say everyone relax. They said by the 19th....you'll have it by the 19th. If early, YAY to where you got it.
 
FINALY!!! it says Prepared for Shipment. I ordered it June 10th I was getting worried. Has anyone else from NYC have theirs status change when ordering from Apple.

AT&T stores to get the shaft on iPhones.

It's freaking Tuesday. Apple could MAKE my iPhone and ship it and still have it here before Friday. Chill out. I could order today and still get one Friday.
 
So are all the 16GB's now changing from Not Yet Shipped to "Prepared for shipment"?

Because everybody's whose iPhones are in China, and have a tracking number have 32GB right?


Is this a theory?
 
Ordered mine via Apple at 9:30 AM on the 15th (yesterday):

IPHONE 3G S BLACK 32GB-USA
MB717LL/A

Just switched over to "Prepared for Shipping", I have no doubt that I will receive it on the 19th as promised.

Order from Apple, folks....

Nope i have a black 32gb coming my way and it JUST went prepare for shipment

No, because mines a 32GB and it just changed to "Prepared for Shipment." I'm pretty sure it has to do with time zones.

I'm not sure if the ones in China are 32gb's or not but i ordered a 16gb on the 10th and my status changed this morning to prepared for shipment.

Apple told me some phones are already in the US. This is why some people are getting shipping notices (they're coming from China) and some us aren't (they're coming from within the US).
