Seems like the 16gbs are the ones that are popping up today. My guess is once we get our tracking number they will be from somewhere other than China...

Apple told me that mine would actually be shipping from Georgia to me in Florida. It appears that Apple pre-staged the phones in locations within the US. I ordered a 16GB Black model just after the keynote.

My tracking number also shows it out for delivery on the 17th so I thought I would call UPS and check my self. If it clears customs erly we may see them on the 17th but more likely it will be on the 18th ? Acording to UPS and the international rep I talked to.

I ordered online from AT&T on the 9th and I live in Georgia, so hopefully I'll receive mine on time on the 19th.

yes.... one of my phones did...

The flight departs at 7:26PM and arrives at 12:54PM in Anchorage. The flight is currently on time.

That time is based on UTC and so you have to add +8 hr from UTC to get to correct time for HK.

I was wondering if anyone else's order status changed to what mine looks like. I never recieved a shipping email but the order status removed the iphone line and added a tracking number to the freight line. But it shows the freight as being in progress. Does anyone else's look like this?

Mine looks just like that just a day earlier. Tracking number not working of course, just like most everyone else. I was told my credit/debit card would not be charged until it ships. According to my online bank statement I have not been charged. The logistics of these shipments must be huge.

I was talking to a customer service representative and asked them if they were going to run out and they said we haven't gotten an e-mail saying that, but we did get an e-mail saying that all iPhone 3GS that are ordered before Thursday will be shipped and delivered on Friday the 19th.
