the jury
Unfortunately you are the one who is wrong. You cannot buy your innocence. Money can buy you the best lawyers. Celebrities/Weathy people have higher regard/standing in the community. In the court of law it is guilty or not guilty. They don't hand judgement out that way.
The OJ trial jurors sat there for ages and they sure didn't have any "insight". Bunch of complete idiots hand picked by the defense team. When they interviewed those retards afterwards it turned out they had all fallen for the lame "glove don't fit, you must acquit" thing. "duuhhh ummm it must be true cuz it uhhmmmm like rhymes and stuff".Yes it does not mean he committed the crime. But I think a jury of 12 sitting in a room for 8 hours a day has better insight into the case than you do.

When they interviewed those retards afterwards it turned out they had all fallen for the lame "glove don't quit, you must acquit" thing. "duuhhh ummm it must be true cuz it uhhmmmm like rhymes and stuff".
Actually it was "glove don't fit, you must acquit" and yeah, that was lame.
To say that money and celebrity don't influence the outcome of a trial, you've got to be pretty off base.
I agree that money can't buy innocence - certainly not directly. But to say that money can't buy a positive verdict is just plain silly and incredibly naïve. Why are lobbies for certain industries so large and why are millions of dollars invested every year in them?
Sorry but money can, to a very large and very real extent, buy you off. Maybe not indirectly, but it can and does have a very powerful influence.
Yikes. I stopped reading after three pages, or else I'd have to get a bucket. What a disgusting creep.Read this and tell me he is innocent.

1. The first boy made his "confession" after he was given a freaking SEDATIVE and the accusations were not made until after Michael and the boys father had a fall out.
2. The mother of the child SUPPORTED MICHAEL.
3. The boy's father is the one who approached Michael Jackson for a settlement. Yes you read that right. Michael Jackson did NOT offer them a settlement. The settlement was offered BY THE BOY'S FATHER. Instead of getting justice for the supposed wrong doings done to his son the child's father wanted nothing but a lump of cash. How nice.
If you can't get the picture after those facts then you're pretty much retarded.
Fast forward to the second case against a Michael Jackson who was no longer the public's darling and who was now seen as an all around freak of nature and possible child molester. He went into that trial facing 9 separate charges and they COULD NOT PIN HIM WITH A SINGLE ONE. They found no DNA evidence, no witnesses, and no physical evidence that the boy had ever been sexually assaulted.
In fact the testimony of the psychologist that examined Michael Jackson directly over those 5 months stated that he did NOT fit the profile of a pedophile. They stated that he was an extremely mentally regressed adult that viewed life as a child.
Oh and get this, the mother of that child, Janet Arvizo, had been caught in the past of COACHING HER CHILDREN IN ORDER TO HELP HER WIN LEGAL DISPUTES that she had filed against various persons, some of which included J.C. Penny and the West Covina, CA police department. Go ahead and read up on the mother. She was a freaking money hungry psycho.
To sit there and pretend you know Michael Jackson was a child molester just makes you a moron, period.
That part is easy.

There was supposed to be an autopsy briefing at 4:30 ET but it was postponed "an hour, hour and a half" for whatever reason.
Edit: Now scheduled for 5:30.

The purpose is to make a preliminary determination of......urm.....the cause of death, which is significant to anyone interested in knowing this and insignificant to anyone who isn't. What the latter category is doing in a thread about.....urm....Michael Jackson's death is anyone's guess. And the significance of the need for an exact time is?
And the purpose of the autopsy is to confirm that he......urm........died?

Is one not permitted to be curious? Why do you have such a perverce interest in a such a technical routine aspect of death.
Well, then I suppose I share this unhealthy interest with CNN, CBS News and ABC News, who all have the autopsy briefing as their top story right now. I suppose you know a lot more about public interest than they do, perhaps you can share your insights about "perversions" with them. Why do you have such a perverce interest in a such a technical routine aspect of death. Are you a doctor......, perhaps you are writing a paper?
How will this make a difference to your day?
Interest is ok, I think 'heathy interest' is the point I am making.
This is NOT a healthy interest.
Has anybody seen him in a supermarket yet?

http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2009/jun/26/michael-jackson-drugs-doctor-missingA doctor who has apparently gone missing after treating Michael Jackson before his sudden death is being sought by the Los Angeles police and coroner's office.
Police said they had impounded the doctor's car after it was left outside Jackson's rented Bel Air mansion. A police spokesman said they wanted to talk to the doctor because he had not signed a death certificate, which is normal procedure for an attending physician.
With an autopsy under way, speculation is mounting that the 50-year-old star's death may be linked to his longstanding use of painkillers. Family friends have confirmed he was taking drugs to help him deal with the physical stress of preparing for a major concert tour. Media reports have suggested a doctor injected him with a morphine-like drug a few hours before he collapsed and went into cardiac arrest.
Jackson was pronounced dead shortly after being rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on Thursday. Today an autopsy was being carried out at the Los Angeles county coroner's office. The examination was expected to include a full toxicology analysis looking for any chemicals or drugs in his system.
Brian Oxman, a Jackson family lawyer, confirmed the star had been taking drugs to deal with a variety of pain problems. Oxman said there had been longstanding concerns about Jackson's drug use and the people he had surrounded himself with.
"I do not know the extent of the medications that he was taking, but the reports we have been receiving in the family are that it was extensive. This is something that I feared and something that I warned about," Oxman told CNN.
"I can only tell you that this is not something which has been unexpected This family has been trying for months and months to take care of Michael Jackson. The people who have surrounded him have been enabling him."
Enabling is a psychological term for allowing or helping a person to continue their addiction.
TMZ, the celebrity gossip website that reported Jackson's demise within 15 minutes of the official time of death, reported yesterday that the star had received an injection of the synthetic painkiller Demerol on Thursday morning and that he started having difficulty breathing shortly afterwards.
