Personally I still don’t think miniLED is coming on this release think that will be next year… everything else… ports, magsafe, no Touch Bar etc is pretty much a given.
With the prices of the M1 MacBook Air and the M1 MacBook Pro, adding the common M1 in the 16 inch will not be enough to necessitate the currently high price of the 16 inch. $700 for three inches of screen real estate would be insane. It’s got to have more than just an M1 upgrade for that price.I don't care about Mini-LED, just put the M1 in the MBP 16". That's all I want. 600 days without an update, come on Apple!
WWDC is a developer event, and has released several PRO level products in its history… trust me they’re coming at WWDC, that’s why Apple have already released details of both WatchOS and iOS to save time at the event.
You have to remember said developers use products such as the MacBook Pro.
m1 isn't good enough for the mbp 16". neither the ram size nor the gpu performance can justify it. you'll need the 16 core gpu chip to even compete with the current 16"I don't care about Mini-LED, just put the M1 in the MBP 16". That's all I want. 600 days without an update, come on Apple!
Announced next week. Released in July. That would still put it in Q3.
...and available on Air as well.I just wish they would make 32gb more affordable
The article says that the shipments of components will begin in the 3rd quarter of this year. You think the actual MacBook Pro’s are going to be shipping in July? The components aren’t even shipping until the 3rd quarter……

Also, where did you see where Apple released details of WatchOS and iOS 15? There’s been nothing but leaks and rumors thus far.
What am I missing where people are so sure that Apple is announcing new MacBook Pro’s at WWDC?
it also costs $400 to go from 256gb to 1tb. that is 4x more expensive and also slower than the nvme ssds that PCs use. such a shame.I just wish they would make 32gb more affordable
3rd quarter means in the summer (May-June-July)Reveled next week… release date in Fall?
Save up your money people. It is going to be an expensive Fall this year!!!
How about pre-ordering starts next Friday for MacBook Pro 16”…
Wishful thinking..
7 days away…

The first deliveries in 3rd quarter probably means launch in 4th quarter. They need to build some inventory before launch.3rd quarter means in the summer (May-June-July)
Whereas iPhone realese usually falls into last 4th quarter (Aug-Sept-Oct)

They better launch these mini led MacBook pros at WWDC 😍 Can't look at this LCD panel anymore, need a mini led MacBook Pro like my mini led iPad Pro. 😂So basically shipping anytime between July and September… I should expect:
Pre-Order: 11th June
Shipping: 9th July
That’s if the iPad Pro launch dates are anything to go by…
