I like Apple stuff. I think it works well. BUT...

Definition of an Apple fanboy is anyone who seriously is discussing fonts of the 7 and the X.

Take a step back and realize the special place you are compared to the rest of the world.

Just let ppl have fun and spend their hard earned money.
A lot of people waste time talking about politicians, in comparison talking about a font is talking about nuclear fusion.

And then we've got the people who waste their time telling people they're wasting their time. Somehow in your special place this is effective.

Yeah I'm missing it too. Flipping it I see 6.01? Sorry, I'm blond.

It's a flip of the 7 banner with 10.9 faked on it.

Both banner backgrounds make me think towards (mac)Pro and power(user). And not only facelifting but more or less a wave of usefull things for productivity to catch up. Tim hinted this at D11 when he said that most contribution would be in the creation space, not in the consumpion space.

Or maybe they are just pretty images.

Here's some previous years WWDC banners. Apple is certainly being minimalist and cryptic this year.

I love the banners Apple put up outside the building. Plenty of color. And tastefully done, not like previous years where color basically consisted of a miss mash of app icons thrown together on a banner.

Apple does hype things, which is not a negative comment, they are a business and for the most part they do it well.

I am very disappointed in all you conspiracy theorists. No wild accusations, no arguing over what the design of the banner could mean. Clearly you've all lost sight of what MacRumors is all about.

I love the 7 and the icons. Definitely a hint to Ive's design direction. Very tasteful, very classy. A very welcome departure from Forstall's hamfisted art direction.

have you guys ever noticed that the seven has the same colour pattern as the apple logo that was put up at the key note they have in october a few months years ago before steve passed? correct me if im wrong but i think it was his last keynote before resigning off the team.

Steve Jobs hologram!!!!!!

Very cryptic of Apple.

Would be a shame if the highlight of iOS7 is a palette swap.
