Well it is Spring. But, why wasn't last year a big year for the Yankees? It's a long season. No season is ever perfect, even for a team loaded with talent.
It was a big year, they had 100 wins. Their shortfalls were pitching, which they’ve improved. Also they’re lineup is deeper than last year.

If you look at the Red Sox, they actually got worse. I see the Yankees winning the division easily.

MLB.TV or MLB Extra Innings?

MLB.TV is cheaper, 118 vs. 170 but there's something to be said about getting it over the wire vs. streaming. I had other streaming services and sometimes ran into buffering or lags. I'm leaning towards EI, but I figured, I'd ask opinions here.

I have been using MLB.TV for quite a few years now, and I have virtually no complaint. With yonder I also get in-market games.

As for MILB.TV, I can't stand it; it's like an early 2000 app.

Anyone else having problem with mlb tv on Apple TV (I use yonder)? I am unable to stream, I get “There was a problem. Please try again. Contact support if problem persists.”

Apple TV is updated and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I didn't have any issue with it with Apple TV and Xfinity. Also loaded it up on the TV itself.

I took the plunge and signed up for MLB.TV.
The following advantages won me over.
First, its cheaper, 118 vs. 170, then there's the streaming aspect. I can watch the game on my laptop, phone or tablet. With EI, I'd be tied to my TV, as this year Comcast didn't include access to MLB.TV. I guess in years past it did.

Overall, the 170 stuck in my craw and I just had trouble justifying that high price.

I'm afraid the Cubs will have a hard time making the playoffs with the pitchers they have in the organization. But, who's gonna trade an ace for young hitters? Everyone needs pitching more than anything else.

Going to the game tonight, wearing my cousin's old number, now the number of Cole Hamels. Maybe it will bring good luck.

The Blue Jays dumped all their players and are looking to rebuild, so I'll start tuning in maybe next year or the year after that.
