Inverted Screen?

have you guys seen this feature?

general/accessibility/ white on black???

its nuts!

I believe the number everyone is asking for is 1-800-331-0500. I just called it a moment ago and spoke to a nice guy who changed it to the normal MMS for me. (I actually had the normal MMS, but when I got my 3GS on Friday and chose to keep the new SIM card, he added the data and messaging to it but did the iPhone messaging instead of the normal). The nice guy on the phone was confused as to why I would want to do that, but I explained it and he just said he didn't think they were doing that yet, but it would make sense that they would roll it out to some markets before others, so he changed it without a problem.

Having said all of that, I just powered off my phone, let it sit for a few, then powered it back on (allowing it to catch any new OTA updates) and I still don't have the MMS options here in Charlotte.

There closed but their after hours support number is

866-801-3600

I called yesterday and applied the TMB9 code to get 750 msgs for $7.49.

This code does not appear on my account so I called to verify and then I asked about MMS and the rep mentioned that the restriction was no longer on my account. He suggested I turn the phone off and then back on and it would work.

I did this to no avail.

I will wait a little longer and try again since maybe it has to go through the system.

my plan or whatever...not logged in anymore. anyway, i still can't get the MMS to actually work.

I just went through the same thing with AT&T. They updated my plan, but it isnt showing up on my phone.

AT&T must have the plans ready, but have not yet rolled out the service.

I hope, though that when the service gets rolled out we will have the option right away, since we already have the sms/mms plan.

Who knows, though...AT&T customer service and sales is filled with a bunch of idiots.

we still have hope b/c Ron21 hasn't installed any files or hacks and his works.

I don't have hope though since I don't even see the messaging feature on my account page so I can't even add it if I wanted to. Anybody else have this problem? Mine only has text messaging.

that we know of.... people photoshop crap here all the time!

True, but his looks exactly the same as mine. and mine is actually working. Besides, he posted those screenshots like less than 2 minutes after we asked him to, haha

what's the name of that restaurant you like with all the goofy **** on the walls and the mozzarella sticks?

Some people have had success by switching their SIM card into another phone and changing the plan on AT&T's website like that. After you're done, just switch your SIM card back to your iphone

I'm not sure what to believe. His screen shots look real enough to be true. I think he may have done something to activate though like installing the necessary files. He obviously has had the beta versions of 3.0, so he may have done something to get MMS working.

just turned my phone off for 5 mins and now the MMS on/off toggle is showing up under Messages

edit: still hangs at like 90% of the sent bar and get a red !

wondering if they are slowly getting ready or something?

ya and when you goolge iphone screen shots or search macrumors forums there are hundreds of screen shots!

I am thinking of restoring to get all the settings and carrier settings back to normal and see if these people are serious.

Is there any other way to do this without restoring? I figure not.
