I'm not saying this is a huge deal, but still... can't remember the last time Apple stuffed up like this.

Just wondering if anybody else is having this issue but, when I try to use mobile me none of the tabs up the top work, right click has to be used to switch between the functions (calender, mail, address book ect). This happens only on Safari 3.1.1 and Safari 4 but not in Firefox 3:confused:

Damn Calender is giving me server errors. It's gonna go down again:mad: also receiving and sending mail in mail.app is now sluggish.

Anyone else getting errors with the calendar web app?

Don

Push is not working with Outlook. I updated the Calendar 5 minutes ago and it still does not appear in the Outlook.

Just in case if someone is wondering if I have proper settings, well the MobileMe Preferences in Control Panel is set to Sync Automatically.

Anyone else?

you're stuck with a stupid me.com-address.

I was afraid of that. Bit silly - loads of personal users have their own domains now, not just businesses!

It's not a major issue I suppose, just annoying how many sacrifices you have to make if you want to use Apple stuff.

The main difficulty is when you're part of mailing lists, and to unsubscribe you have to send a reply "FROM" the address it's subscribed to. If you're subscribed with your domain, you're stuck.

PC: Hi, I'm a PC
mac: Hi, I'm a Mac

PC: all these problems I have had recently still upset ME.
PC: it's not fun having people critizing ME.
PC: sometimes users should know it's not always ME.

mac: PC, would you mind stop using the word "ME".
PC: why? ME, I don't have problems. Ah... Sorry... I have to go. I just received a mail from Exchange.
PC: by the way... How's the Exchange for the rest of you going? You know.. ME, I'm fine with Exchange as it is.

mac: well you are fine with exchange... ME, I'm still watining

PC: Oh well, have fun
mac: *brushes hair in front of one eye and logs on to Myspace* "NobodyunderstandsME..."

(Usual up-but-can't-login syndrome here, I wonder if Apple even realise it's going up and down more often than Paris Hilton's underwear)

a few issues

great it's up it's the first time I've seen it.

but my Galleries redirect to mobileme ad page

the contacts preferences, no UK support, you can format address by US, France, Germany, Japan - what's up with that?

same with number formats.

I do have my full 20gb quota though despite being an original .mac member.

Now getting an error message from mail web app, "mail is unable to communicate with Mobile Me servers". Anyone else?

I could finally login to MobileMe.

It's slow.

When I switch from Mail to the address book the complete page reloads. I thought they used Ajax?

My calendar is missing all my appointments and subscribed calendars.

I cannot open one app in a new tab or new window. That is BAD as I often edit an email while looking up an address in the address book.

Plus: MobileMe keeps resizing the Firefox window! Very annoying!

It seems to be all working for me, but I've still not got an update to my Mac to change all references to MobileMe. Does anyone else's Mac still thinks MobileMe is called .Mac?

I'm still on Tiger btw.

Don

Try syncing it in preferences. Mine is fine since.

My Calendars seem to have synched correctly. This is an improvement over .Mac for me as I could never get synching to work properly with .Mac.

The speed doesn't seem to bad at the moment either - not fantastic, but OK.

Same for me. All services working decent, but no mobileMe update.
