I can only imagine the state of things at apple.

Heads getting cut off.
People getting fired.
"Okay it's finally ready, flip the switch....NONONO! TAKE IT DOWNN!!!"

Well it appears that Apple has even more of a reason for Windows users to switch to Safari:

I doubt they care too much. They've had dotmac subscribers who continue to support a service that is actually less reliable than free services for a long time.

They'd be more worried if they were losing ad-revenue (a la Gmail, Hotmail). Then you'd see an impetus to get it up!

i'm 15 and i have a credit card, but i'm not going to take a chance that i'll forget to cancel the subscription within 60 days, then i'll get charged a hundred bucks. that's just silly. i just want to test it out!

Then don't forget!

He/she shouldn't have to. A free trial should be a free trial. Plain and simple. If people like it, they'll buy it. Just my opinion...

Oh I completely agree. Trust me, I know. I have a hold on the funds for MobileMe on my credit card right now from when I signed up for the free trial this morning. I talked to one of the online chat reps though and she said it's just a hold to verify the funds and would be taken off within 24-48 hours.

were back to no mobile me AGAIN !!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::apple::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Chill dude... Jee Whiz! How many more people are gonna complain that it's not working?

It's a new service, and they're being inundated with requests judging by responses and posts on this forum alone.

Relax and go make yourself a camomile tea or something ;)

I've downloaded mobile me to system preferences but for some reason it logged me off and now can't log back on. I'm using the right user name and password. It lets me log into mobile me on the internet when it is working. Just not through system preferences.
Is this happening to any one else if not how do I log back in?

lol it must be so funny at Apple right now.

"K ready, i'm gonna make it live.. .. okay it's live."

FLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

"whooaaa... okay i see one of the problems in line 1001231231, taking it down..."

hehe

I don't have firmware 2.0 yet (iPod Touch owner). In Mail, I don't get notifications for new mail unless I manually tell it to get new mail or set it to check mail every so many minutes. Then, when it checks, it pulls them down from the server. I'm definitely not getting push on my Mac right now.

I don't think it will push to a Mac. (Or PC mail client, for that matter.) I could be wrong. I thought push was for iPhones only. (and iPod Touch on WiFi, of course)

Who cares about me? No one cares about me. I care about 2.0. Not me. just kidding guys
